I just want everyone's opinion on this pic I drew/oil pastel/painted. I think it took me roughly 5 hours to finish it. (with interuptions). As you can tell, if you've seen Cats, it's Jemima. She's so cute!!!!!!!!!!! I also have 3 other Cats pictures like this, just not as good.

Really? That's sooo cool. I wish I could do CATS but I'm not that flexible . . . Anyway! I like drawing the pictures better. Is it expensive to do CATS? Like the costumes and make-up?

I dont know much about the making of the production, I think a lot of that stuff for our production was borrowed and someone from the Original Cast came down to do makeup

That's neat. So, were you an actor or backstage?

Oh, I had nothing to do with it, my schedule conflicted with the performance and rehearsal dates and there is a strict policy against absences.
By the way I love your drawing...its so real, but not cheesy real but real and creative.

I have a bit of Cats fan art, but no scanner to put it in the computer, so I'm a bit stuck there. I love that picture, Amara. Jemima is one of my favorite cats (next to Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer). And if those are oil pastels, I'm stealing your soul. I can't use pastels for the life of me.

Thank! It took me a while to figure out how to use them. First i used a paintbrush and added water to it. redface Then I just colored really hard but it smeared. I finally figured out that if you color in part of the space you can use a finger to smear it around. mrgreen
