I made them watch the first movie with me, and they liked it. Of course, my mom thought it was violent and scary, but both my parents thought it was funny and rated it a 7. confused I think my mom really like Ragetti... Or is it Pintel? I dunno. The one with the fake eye. She was cracking up at the scenes with him in it! I'm glad they liked it... Now to make them watch the second!
Anyone else's parents watch the movies? What did they think?

My dad's more obsessed with it then I am. rolleyes I'll be the first to admit... I didn't even want to see the second one... Disney's pretty notorious about murdering the series it makes sequels to. But my friend shanikan5 and my dad got me excited over it again.
Only to be thoroughly disappointed and angry again. gonk Stupid Disney. Getting my hopes up.
But get this... my dad has a Jack Sparrow wig/hat that was his Halloween costume one year... and when I got a new phone for my birthday, he programmed the PotC main theme as the ringtone. It rings and my friends laugh at me. gonk

My mom loved it,my grandma loved it but my grandpa didn't like it. But it turn's out he lied because grandma told me he did like the movie.Sadly my grandpa didn't get a chance to see the second movie because April 29 2004 he passed away. cry

My mom's a big Depp fan, and she took me and my sister to see the first 2. Unfortunately I won't be with her for the 3rd one, but she'll still go to see it I'm sure. :3

My parents don't think it's violent or anything like that. I believe they consider it mediocre. But my brother is a different story; he's been obsessed with pirates since he was a little kid, and POTC is no exception. :3
