The industrial sector of the City Of Fractures is a dirty place, frought with abandoned warehouses, and not-so-abandoned whore-houses. The city's energy source, which, in spite of recent technological advances, still remains in the nuclear and coal arena, one of the few places on earth that still does so. As such, the quality of air is poorer than near any other place in the city. Most of the plants still use manual labor, as the clergy once had a harsh reprimand for the removal of human jobs, circa. 2038.

There are quite a few breweries in the area, one of which has burned to the ground, the others on the way to inevitable entropy and collapse as nature herself, though a whipped creature, tries to reclaim lost territory.

Drug deals and murders are frequent in this territory, which belongs primarily to what's left of the Mafia. As they are a dying breed, the Yakuza have been attempting to move in on their other territories, and at this point the Families only fully control the food industry, and Industrium itself.
