Lynn struggled with the bags of groceries and her keys at her aprtment door. A soft swear coming from her lips as one of the bags dropped and made a squishing sound.... she was pretty sure that was the one with the eggs. Finally just as the key slide into the lock, Scratch opned and grinned, "Alirght! Food!" He grabed the rest of her bags out of her hands. The girl sighed blowing loose bangs out of her face.
"You know, it would have been better if you had done that like ten seconds ago.." Lynn leand down scooping up the mess. Well... at least the mess was contained in the bag. She peeked in side and winced... well there goes to cheese danish, it was covered in raw egg now. She sighed as she dumped it the trash.
She sighed as she went to the kitchen washing up, hot and sweaty after running her errans. She so needed to get a new car, the AC on her had been out since she got it, and it was falling apart anyway. The cool water felt good agiasnt her over heated skin. "I'm going to take a nap.." It was kinda nice... having her place clean, and Scratch was actully helping her keep it neat. That was kinda crazy... of corse he was convinced that she had gone off the deep end, so he was probley trying to keep her from going sphycodic epsiod.
Lynn sighed, flopping down on her bed, her eyes slowly closing as she beagain to drift to sleep.

As she slept, her soul floated above her body, though luckily she wasn't dead this time. It was just hovering in a ghost form, a bit above her body. She could see that she was actually fast asleep and dreaming, but something else distracted her attention. A strange door had appeared on her wall and the relic seemed to be beckoning her to go through.

Lynn looked down at herself a little surpsed. This thing seemed to just get stranger and stranger. She sighed as she looked down at her relic and then shrugged going threw the door.

When she passed through the door it vanished, leaving her in a strange place. It was a Banquet hall of a sort. A long table which seemed completely empty of people or food. All except one young woman. She sat curled up, as if when she died she'd been doubled over in pain during her dinner. Strange that this maiden had been killed in such a fashion. The relic seemed to want her to lay a hand on the body.

Lynn frowned as she slowly apporched the body of the girl. Her tenshoes making no sound on the stone floor as she came closer to her. Her slender fingers gentally moving the long hair out of the girls face. The body begain to shift, and Lynn let out a small supried cry as she quickly moved catching the body.

As she touched the lifeless form of the woman, the body started to glow, relic shooting from her neck and into the figure. This caused the body to shrink and quite suddenly instead of catchign a falling body, she was holding a live baby.

Lynn staired at the little sqirmy baby in her arms, her eyes huge. Okay... it started like a horror flick, but this so wasn't the way it normaly went. Not unless the was an evil man eating baby......
Of corse it looked like it wasn't the baby causing all of this, it was the relic around her neck. She lifted up the snowy haired child, smiling at the baby. She was cute... and as long as she was there when Lynn woke up that ment she wasn't crazy.

Soon as the child was fully claimed, the door opened again, wide so that Lynn and the babe could go back to where she was sleeping and wake up in their bodies. When she did wake up, sure enough the child was there. And it was the beginning of a new chapter in her life or something to that effect
