Hello everyone! I don't really feel like telling what happened today over and over, and it doesn't really matter if you know or not lol..

My mom broke up with her boyfriend about a month and a half ago, and he still believes she loves him and that she will take him back.. So today, he was supposed to be over here getting the rest of his stuff, which he really has been refusing to get any of it at all. My mom even took some of his crap over to his mom's house. So this morning, I wake up to him beating on the door, yelling because he wants in. Of course we didn't let him in, he is a potsmokin' alcoholic! And we keep on yelling at him, me and my brother, to get his stuff and go. Well, he was determined to get in, so he kept on walking back and forth and stuff, trying to bribe my brother with dirtbike stuff, but my brother said no. Well, we go outside on the porch to talk to him more directly, we made sure he wasn't standing by the porch. And he said my mom has wronged him and all that crap when he is the one who wronged us! He used to flirt and grab at other girls right in front of my mom, and he almost stripped naked in front of me one time. I started laughing and he called me a prissy little kid, and he said that I was always rude to him and all that, well if you don't treat me with kindness, why should I treat you with kindness.. Tis the golden rule! So I go inside and my mom tells me to go out and feed the chickens, so I do and when I come back, he had gotten inside and was trying to steal our dogs... Again.. He stole one last Saturday, but we made him bring her back the next day.. He was at the door saying well I'm only gonna take her for a little while, so I tried to hold him inside, but he shoved through, so I grabbed her by the collar and he tore the collar off trying to get me to let go, ( my brother said I have a manly grip -_-;; ) and he grabbed her by the scruff and tried to throw her down the porch stairs, and I wrapped my arms around her waist and now my brother is pulling him off and when we finally get him off, I take Jasi, the dog he was trying to steal, inside. Then Kevin starts pushing my brother, Anthony, around and Anthony pushed back and Kevin swung at him. Anthony launched himself at him and knocked him into the door, almost breaking it, then they fell to the ground and started wrestling on the ground and Kevin grabbed Anthony's head. Anthony then began to punch him in the stomach and Kevin thought it was funny!! How twisted! That's when I went to call the cops, Anthony said that Kevin got his head in between is legs and Anthony hit him in the mouth, I guess that is when it stopped, Kevin was SOO mad! He had brought a little puppy with him to bribe us, and he picked her up and threw her into his truck, poor little puppy :" He started yelling, "you have wronged me for a long time! I was willing to help you, but I guess that homeless bast*** you took in can handle it!" My mom has a new boyfriend now that Kevin is gone... We are really poor and my mom can't work which doesn't help.. But Mike, my mom's new boyfriend, is a really fun person to be around... So anyway, The police say that Anthony can come in and press charges, but he still needs to fill out a report.. Guess what Kevin did? He left his truck somewhere, and some guy he used to work with was at the gas station and he just happened to see him.. Kevin asked for a ride somewhere, so that poor guy got tangled up in this.. We went to the sheriffs office, and Dollar General is like right next door and that is where they arrested Kevin. We were leaving the sheriffs office, because they said we have to go to the county office, and we seen them pulled over in front of Dollar General.. They spotted us and the guy that had Kevin in the back of his car pulled over, he called me a Fing B**** because I called the cops on him.. Then he started lying saying that my mom was the one that did that to Anthony.. How Absurd! Anthony files the charges and was able to write down some of what happened and then we went to the county office.. They had me file a witness report and that.. Kevin doesn't have a license, he was lucky he didn't get pulled over, otherwise they would have made him stay in jail.. They let him loose though and my mom had me come home to watch the house... They went to cut wood so that we can get some hot water lol... I am really hoping he doesn't come by, he said that he will come by whenever he wants because he still has stuff here, we are getting a restraining order on Monday, the courthouse wasn't open today lol...

wow, you guys have been through a lot. But thats really good that you called the cops on him and was able to press charges. i wish you guys the best in putting him away. one question, why didn't you guys just dump his stuff in the yard?

I think everything will be better now.. Before this happened, I was terrified all the time of him coming over, I don't think he will come back, so now I feel less stressed lol
