Mor_Ros The male just nodded not being able to say much, lest shooting his mouth off and prevoking somebody. Prehaps it was the way he was raised as a pup, being abandoned at such a young age and fouced to survirve. It would bring out anybodys agressive streak. He had to survive, but now he was finding out more and more, that if he wanted to survive he had to be calm and almost submissive. It was such an oddly confusing thought in his mind. On the one hand he would have never survived his first few weeks alieve had he not taken on the world...and on the other hand- if he tried the same thing now he'd be no more then wolf kibble. He was so confused on the inside; but on the outside he just fouced a weak smile. When Whisper touched him, he seamed to snap back into the world around him hoping he didn't revel all to much while his was lost in his delisional memories of the past.

Kouji felt a little mentally worn from the whole ordeal thus far. On one hand it made sense to him that he get so defensive of Whisper for multiple reasons. Wolves lost all sense of reason in rutting season, as he had seen time and again by the mindless, dribbling suitors after his two baby sisters. His blood boiled just thinking about it. There was that, and the fact that he already felt aggressive about Whisper. His father had seperated them once, he wouldn't let anyone else get between them as a friend or anything else, unless it was Whisper's choice.
He didn't have much else to say, but didn't trust leaving her alone with Diego now either. It was... he was frustrated at the idea of the younger wolf pressuring her into anything, or maybe worried about what the other wolf would say in his absence. The smell of those others on Diego still made Kouji wary.
He settled onto his stomach to lie down, genuinely curious as to how the two met. He ventured as far as to ask, he didn't WANT to fight anyone just because of jealousy, but so long as he felt he or Whisp was threatened he would. Since he didn't feel threatened anymore he was able to relax.... a hair.
"So how do you two know one another...?"

Whisper, as the two males thought of their own things in their heads, pursued her own topics. Things such as.. why Diego liked her so much and why Kouji was acting the way he was. She had always thought of him to be kind and very gentle, not aggressive or someone who would snarl at another over a female. But then again.. it was breeding season and she had heard that most males behave differently in their fight for a mate. Was that really what her two friends were doing at the moment, fighting over her? It was the only reason she could think of that was logical and made sense, so the omega was forced to go with it. Yet she wasn't comfortable with it, even if she tried to hide it. One could notice her nervousness, though, by the subtle flicks of her left ear.
But she couldn't let her friend know how she was feeling! They had just calmed down and she didn't want to cause any uproar from the two, trying to comfort her in their race to win her heart. So she acted like she normally would and answered Kouji, though her voice wavered ever so slightly at first. "How'd we meet?" The green female cast a glance at her colorful friend. "Well, when he was a pup we bumped into each other at a river. There were many wolves and he helped me feel comfortable with so many around."

Diego nodded in agreement. "Good times, good times..." he mused to himself still having Reicher on the brain. It was almost as if he shifted gears in mid-thought; not so much on Whisper or Kouji, but his slavery to the devil wolf. Even if he did manage to win his loves heart; he still have to contend with him. If he even once steped out of the packs bounds; Reicher would come after him and kill him. He sighed knowing there was nothing much he could do about it; looking over to Kouji, Diego had seamly lost his will to fight; prehaps Whisper would be better with somebody without a giant target mark on his head. Maybe Kouji would make a better mate?
His ear seamed to mimic Whispers. 'Stupid Reicher' He glowered at the thought with shear disgust. It was probally Diego of all wolves that needed to be comforted at the moment. With a random twitch of his eye he tryed to regain his posture; though it was kinda half-assed and he looked more like he should have been a throw rug from the way he sagged.

Kouji took note of both's discomfort... What a situation. He didn't know where to start comforting Diego, and didn't want to come off as too personal in front of said wolf by trying to comfort Whisper. Seeing as she seemed to be trying to cope on her own he didn't call attention to her, but struggled a bit inside on what to say next. They'd been fine before he showed up. Dammit all.
His eyes went from Diego to Whisper, asking... "Is something wrong...?"
It felt like such a foolish question coming from him. He knew she had to be nervous about their behavior. And Diego-- was he that upset about what happened? He couldn't tell what was on the other's mind and wasn't in a place to try.

Darn it! She was hoping no one had noticed her nervousness, but now that Kouji asked what was wrong Diego would be all over her trying to comfort her and stuff. She didn't mind, but really she had been aiming to keep things low and have everything be fine and dandy. Things didn't work that way, though, and she knew that deep down. Yet she couldn't help but try anyways.
"Eh.." she stammered out, unable to think of anything to say. The omega was one to hold in most of her feelings and just appear one way on the outside, but she knew sooner or later someone would be able to tell. Darn that left ear, gave her away. (XD) She knew what was wrong with her, but she didn't know how to put it. Surely both males knew that she was uncomfortable with their hostility towards each other? Well.. if they did, then maybe she could just make up something to get herself out of the situation. The green wolf didn't like the idea of lying to two of her good friends, but she didn't know what else to do.
"Just.. eh.. thirsty," she said, blurting out the first thing that came to mind.

Diego looked up at Kouji knowing that he had given himself away; but in all his pain had not noticed Whispers nerves acting up as well as his. Turning towards her he fouced out a weak smile. "Oh nothings wrong...never is..." He lied not really wanting to go into the whole story of Reicher. His head raised only a bit and moved closer to the green wolf to comfort her; but not in a way that would start Kouji on the defence. That was all he would have needed at the moment.
Bad enough he had a phsyco after him; but to add another fight because of the rutting season...that would be to much. "Are you alright whisp?" He could tell within him that she was upset over something far more important then water.

Speaking nonsense. Both of them. Neither one of them were "fine". At least he wasn't the only one that saw through Whisper's save. He thought he knew why she was upset, but... again, should he press? He looked at them and surpressed a sigh, ~You're both horrible liars.~ he thought, but simply waited to see if Whisper would respond to Diego's prompt.

Both of them knew. Great. How could she hide it now? From the way Kouji sighed, she knew that he understood that she was lying. Was Diego too? Could something really be bothering him, too? She glanced at him for a moment but then quickly looked away, not really knowing how to respond. Should she tell them? Maybe.. but how? Finally she just broke down.
"Why are you two acting this way? It makes me uncomfortable!"
