Since my last contest was a smashing success, I've decided to host another one! Yay! This time, I want you to tell me who Gaara's favorite celebrity would be, and why. Description is important, people! For examply, my friend thinks that Gaara would be best friends with Green Day. She thinks they shop at the same eye-makeup store. Lol. Go ahead and make up a story where Gaara is a fan at his favorite rock concert, whatever you want! Last time the prize was 5000 gold, but I want to be a bit more original than that this time around...>^w^< The deadline for entries will be May 15. Good luck, my fellow Gaara fans!

I think Gaaras favourite celebrity would be Marilyn Manson <3.. Haha.
WHY!?... Because for some reason I think that Gaara would be into Marilyn Manson type of music, Haha. and they both scare me... Even tho I love them both <3... They seem to be a perfect fit!!.. Just think about it.... Both of them look like they've killed someone.. =[, they always look unhappy.. and they have twisted minds xp and Marilyn Manson song This is Halloween, reminds me of Gaara for some reason.. XD.... and if you ever get the chance to see some of Marilyn Mansons art work..( its on his site <3 ).. its almost like somthing Gaara would think up.. mrgreen
Hehe.... Thats what I think!!!.... or I could be just saying it because iv been listeing to Marilyn Manson almost all day rofl

It seems that I won't have too much trouble deciding on a winner for this contest. I really did expect more people to compete, but I guess that's good for the only two participants! >^w^<

As much as I love rock music, I can't picture Gaara liking it. He appears, to me anyway, as one who appreciates silence and I think loud rock music, along with many of the other genres, especially pop, would be nothing but vexing noise to him. I just don't picture him being much of a music lover, but if I had to pick I would say he'd enjoy instrumental more, like the classics. I think the lyrics would only annoy him; this way he can just concentrate on the music. So, maybe Beethoven or Mozart? ^^
And, of course, let's not forget about the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
But, I do think Gaara may like artists like Vienna Teng. She does more folksy stuff, but she has this beautiful, soothing voice, and her music may be on the more quiet level, but it flows well with the lyrics. Plus, some of the subjects to her songs seem very Gaara-ish to me. Look her up, she's amazing.
Is the topic just limited to music celebrities? If not, I'll continue ranting. . .
As far as movie/television celebrities go, I can definitely see Gaara not giving a damn about either. So, I'll move onto books, which I think Gaara would appreciate the most.
I think he would enjoy the works of Poe and Lewis Carroll. I can see Gaara liking Poe's darker tone and I think he would simply find the eccentricity Carroll's work amusing. I think he would also like Aesop, for he writes a lot about the nature of humans and each fable has its own moral.

Ooh, that's exactly the kind of stuff I'm looking for! No, you don't have to write about just music. That was just an example. Please, post many different ideas and concepts. I am sincerely interested in ya'lls opinions. >^w^<

I'm sorry, but after reading this I thought of a few serious ones,but my mind would let it stay that way. So my fantastical brain thought of Gaara sitting in front of the tv saturday morning watching "Bananas in Pajamas" laughing saying "Those guys always crack me up! *Roffle*", with Kankuro and Temari in the background thanking god for their free half an hour a week.
I'll come back with a serious one later. Promise.

I think that Gaara would like Mozart. Classical is soft and peaceful, which is something that I think Gaara is searching for.
