I'm guessing though that humans will have something to do with it...
  Mass pollution eventually adding up...
  Nuclear Splosions...
  Take your pick :o

I found this site several weeks ago, and I had many a laugh at all the theories of how the world is going to end, ranging from the insane and improbable, to the quite logical ones that make you think, all the way to the uber-fun ones that make you paranoid that there could be an apocalypse before you get home from school tomorrow.
whee xd

And thus I had to share it with all of you, because most of them, even if just from the way their sarcastically written, are hilarious.

Here's the site---> Exit Mundi

--And here art some of my own favorites!--
Humdidum--Look Mom, we're all Airplanes!
(I have to agree that We all are crazy, but I also agree that it's certainly a fun way to go out!)
Transform--Humanity's happy Ending
(A really fun thought, even if none of us will be around for it to happen. The pictures, though freaky looking due to bad photoshoping, are pretty fun and make my imagination run happily about)
Stop!--Is our Reality just someone else's Dream?
(This one made me laugh and cry a little about lighting so many poor defenseless Sims characters on fire in their kitchens)
xd

So, how do you guys suppose the world's gonna end?
biggrin

The world may have already ended.
We could just be in denial.

Sorry for spelling bad keyboard
Could range from

1.) Simple explosion at any random point of time
2.) War and we blow each other to nothingness.
3.) Epidemic- (Disease kills everyone)
4.) Technology could kill us if it isn't already
5.) Computers take over the war and kill us.
6.) Of course there's there "Were going to die from polluting the earth"
7.) and the movie "Incovient truth" which explains alot if you haven't see it (WATCH IT) Boring a little though to warn you...
8.) We lose our food sources and we all become canibals and eat one another.
9.) We create a new race which kills everyone
10.) Can't forget the "We're going to get hit by a meteor one"
11.) The sun blows up and we freese to death
12.) The ocean's dry up and we slowly die
13.) The earth stops rotating

~PLENTY MORE!~

ENJOY!!

I put them in nice colorful lettering though you might need to look carefully or highlights with your mouse to see them ^.^

I don't think that the oceans will dry up. its a law of nature that if somthing is absent from one place it simply goes to another, there is nowhere else for all that water to go. we would literally have to ship all the water off-planet for our oceans to dry up.

Its the end of the world as we know it...

Actually, I don't think any of those are going to happen... Well, of course we could be hit by a comet, and the sun will eventually die out (and we would be burned to death, not freeze to death), but that's like, highly unlikely. First: We know the sun is going to die. In about 5-10 billion years. High risk there. Comet... Not likely. The odds of that happening... well, let's just wait for the sun to die, shall we?
As for humanity wiping out itself, hm... Computers won't take over. War? Possible, but not likely. Disease? Don't think it could wipe out the entire specie, not with the medicine industry being so god damn effective (if you say aids I'll hit ya (unless you're female)).

Aids is a disease...

... Er, relevant, how...? What I meant was, "not with the medicine industry being so god damn effective". And then, you're all thinking, "but it haven't found a cure for aids/HIV", and then I have to smack you sweatdrop

(please note sarcasm) I like the fact that governments and such try to blame us for ruining the o-zone. That used to be my main belief is that it's going to wear away and we're all going to fry. Of course, now scientists are finding out that (while we're not particularly helping it any) the o-zone was disintigrating by itself anyway.

Yah, didn't they say that the o-zone developes holes, then it somehow balances itself out again every so often?

Yeah, but supposedly we were the only thing to blame, and turns out the o-zone was doing that itself anyway. From what I understand, scientists are finding ways to slowly repair it, too, but I'm not an expert on the subject.

Maybe the whole solar system could shift to an indifferent pace. Then it would be a reverse version of the big bang theory. I mean, how stable is the universe anyways? Do we know? NO WE DON"T!
