Ok I am a Star Wars fan. I want to be Princess Leia and I want to marry Han Solo *kicks hubby to the curb*. What is your favorite Star Wars movie and or quote??

I was born the same year RotJ came out. I didn't really get into star wars till around 1990, but have been in love with it ever since. I've done a large amount of Star Wars costuming. Currently, I have 3 finished Jedi costumes, a Tusken Raider, Vader and a Rebel Pilot.  I've been working on a twi'lek costume as well as an Endor Trooper and Rebel Trooper from the blockade runner in ANH. My dream costumes are a wookie and/or a 3PO.

Nice Rebel Pilot!! I would really like to see the Tusken Raider one. They are bad azz.
My husband and I were sitting here watching Return of the Jedi tonight (and switching back and forth to American Idol) and he was making Wookie noises the whole time. He is getting way too good at it.

kitten22481 Nice Rebel Pilot!! I would really like to see the Tusken Raider one. Unfortunately, I don't have any good pictures of it. I don't have any shoulders really, so the costume looks terrible on me. It looks like a dirty ghost. But the person I made it for (a friend when we went to the Ep III premiere) looked fanstastic in it. Sadly, I didn't get a single picture. stressed They're surprisingly easy to make though. My whole thing was done for <$20. Cheapest costume I have. Most of it was made from scraps. EDIT: Here's a picture of some of the mannequins:

I still have the costume though, well...it's my brother's but I jiped it one night for a costume party.
Do you go to Sci-Fi conventions?
Or StarWars conventions?
I've never been, but I would love to go.

I go to cons when I have the chance. I was at Comic Con in San Diego last summer. I've hit Naka Con 2 years running, and have also been to a few others.

The only Star Wars character that I really couldn't stand was Jar Jar Binks...the way he talked really irritated me.

I'm a Star Wars fan. Been one since I first saw Episode 4, when it first came out. Yes... in 1977. OMG, I'm old enough to have seen Star Wars when it was new? haha... I was 8 years old.
Star Wars sparked imagination in me that nothing else did. Well... combined with my love for astronomy. Perfect timing for my age...

Darth Maul was a melee combat specialist. Though yes, it would have been nice to have seen him do something more than a force push of Obi-Wan. At least Maul had the visage of a decent Sith. Now "Darth Tyranus" Dooku, come on... just couldn't get into that guy.
Anyone else notice how Jar Jar in Episode 1, walks like Shaggy from Scooby-Doo?
