Hi!
I just want to know who are the born again christians in here. Though i wasnt baptize sweatdrop in that sect I follow the ways of a true born again Christian 3nodding

So please share things that you like being a born again Christian

I learned from my retreat that born again is not a religion its your relation ship with God

born again means rebirth right?

we were born in this world a sinner crying and because of our debt we cant ever go to Heaven gonk

and the only one who can save us is the One who does not commit any sin

John 14:6

"...I am the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE no comes to the father excepts through me"

John 3:16 says:

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life"

and so through Jesus Christ's ressurection we were purified and our debt has been paid blaugh

1 John 5:11-13

"and this is a testimony God has given us eternal life and this life is in his son He who has the Son Has the Life and He who does not have the son does not have life. I write this things for you who believed in the name of the son of God so that you may knw that you have eternal life"

Now that our debt has been paid we are now given a choice by God to either accept the gift of eternal life with him or to have eternal separation from him

You are born again if you change your life to follow Jesus. I would fall in that category.

I was saved on July 28th, 2005 when I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior. That was the day that I was born again. "Born again" is such a worthy term. When I was saved, everything about me was scrapped. Over the next couple of weeks, I learned over again how to live my life, but this time with God as my first priority, the greatest love in my life.

I was saved in October of 2003. Yes, born again and rebirth are the same thing. What I like about being born again? I am loved beyond comprehension!

I was pressured into babtism after thinking about it for months. And I still didn't feel ready. No I'm not a born again christian> I excpet the bible and Jesus as my lord and savior, but I have not followed the ways of christiananity close enough to consider myself a christian.

I was baptized in the Ouchita river in early march... That was a revitalizing experience. You almost walked on the water on your way out to gather around the fire.

I'll tell you though, life is a lot better when you give you life to Him. Its hard at first, but after a while it really starts to make an impact on you.

Ya think? I kinda figured that after a week ago when I told my dad off, who was the one who pressured me.
