 The Parrot Flower, Impatiens psittacina, is elusive because it is truly
rare in nature. Sometimes incorrectly spelled Impatiens psitticana,
Impatiens psitticina, Impatiens psitticine. According to Thailand
government, it is such a rare species from the north of Thailand that
Thai law made it illegal to own, collect, or export plants or seeds.
