The Sutenjiku yawned. He stretched, going low on the ground. The lightly damp grass pressed into his fur. He yawned again and blinked sleepily. The tree that he had decided to sleep under loomed overhead. The leaves moved slightly in the wind.
He walked away from the tree, his dark blue eyes looked around. He skimmed the land he was in, it was in an area of the island he had never visited before. Akira had no clue how he had got there, at this particular place. All he could recall was sleepily walking towards somewhere safe where he could sleep. When he had awoke, he was in this forest.
He looked up, he could see the clear sky and the sun but it was still dark in the forest. It was quiet, too quiet almost. His ears perked up and his body froze, he listened for any sounds. A light trinkling, water perhaps? was all he heard.
He supposed he could head in that direction. A stream did run by the Temple, perhaps if he followed the stream he would find his way home. Making up his mind, Akira began to tred through the forest...towards the stream.
