Tianna walked into the building somewhat hesitantly. She looked over at the man who was selling it. He was selling for a pretty cheap price, but that was obviously becaus of the shape it was in. It had once been a sweatshop but it nearly burned down a short time ago while they were renovating it. It was now supposedly haunted. "Yea right." Tianna thought to herself. "Haunted my a**. Someone just did the circuits badly." Tianna looked at the man again and realized she hadn't been paying attention to a thing he had been saying.
"I can lower the price if you want. By about half a million. Thats the most I can do even in the shape its in. I'm sorry but you'll..."
Tianna cut him off and said, "I'll take it. And I'll do the renovation myself. For a ten storie appartment building at this price... Its too good of a deal to pass up." Tianna pulled out a wad of bills and started counting out hundred dollar bills. She handed the man most of her cash and said, "There's the payment. In full. No need for me to be tied down by something."
"B-b-but thats so much money that you carry. You're going to get mugged miss."
"I won't get mugged. Now hand over the ownership papers. And then you an leave." Tianna said bluntly, holding out her hand for the papers. The man handed them over happily and ran back to his car and took off. Tianna looked around and sighed. It would be a lot of renovation on her part. She walked over to the not so sturdy stairs and examined them closely with her emerald green eyes, her long black ponytail falling over her shoulder. She straightened up ad started climbing tthe stairs. She went to the top floor and sat down on one of the sturdier looking spots. "The top floor will be mine" Tianna thought to herself, looking around. She stood up and walked back downstairs and headed out the door to the hardware store. She got wood timbers and insulation in bulk. She payed the manager and a young man extra so that they would drive the load and her back to the apartment building. They unloaded it and took off and Tianna went inside and sat down for a while. A little while later she stood up and started pulling out tools from her backpack , a screwdriver set, a hammer, lots of wood nails, and some tape. She took the hammer and picked it up examining it, and then threw it over her shoulder to the floor. She rached back into the backpack and pulled out a larger hammer, one made for destruction. she pulled out a few poles with screw on ends and started piecing it together. she finally got done with the pole and then hooked it onto the hammer and in moments she had a sledgehammer. She walked over to the stairs thinking, "This is a good a place as any to start." She walked up the stairs and when she got to the top she smashed the stairs in, putting a hole into the stairs wih one swing. The stairs shook and soon the entire staircase was falling down. Tianna threw the sledgehammer over her shoulder and leapt into the air and landed on one of the beams that wasn't attacthed to the stairs. She smiled as the stairs fell with a great bang, bringing down all of the floors with it. "That saves me some demolition time," Tianna thought to herself. She pulle dout a blackberry from her pocket and dialed the operator, "Hello. How may I help you?"
"Yea. Could you direct me to a building company in New York city? Any one will do."
"I'll direct you to the New York Adam and Sons building company then."
"Thank you," Tianna said waiting patiently. She smiled and thought, "i get great reception up here." The phone started ringing again and a new voice came on the line. A man said, "Hello Adam and Sons Building Company. How may I help you?"
"Yea. I'd like some debris cleared out for some building. I'd also like to buy some metal beams." Tianna looked down and estimated how many she would need. "About four hundred should do.
"The clarance service will be about two hundred dollars. And the beams will be about a thousand dollars. Are you paying debit or credit ma'm?"
"Neither. Full up cash. I've got enough to pay it all." Tianna says, smiling as the man on the other end gasps. In the background on the phone Tianna hears, "Quick! Get a move on1 We've got ourselves a rich one! Four hundred beams and a bulldozer in the truck pronto!"
"That'll be right away ma'm." The man said, once again talking to Tianna instead of his workers. "What would the adress you need these things to be delivered to ma'm?"
"Uhh.. 2161 Sigamore Avenue Extension. And can I hire some people to put those beams in? I've got all the old floors demolished and I need those new beams put in. The frames still standing and I need them attatched to the walls." Tianna said.
"Do you want us to put in the floors and windows as well?" the man said eagerly.
"No sir. I'm able enough to do all that. I want to hire ten men to get those beams done in three days at most. There's ten floors that I need done. And you might wanna bring something to stand on like one of those metal platforms. Theres no stairs. Everything but the top floor beams are gone. And I'm taking those down now." Tianna said sitting down comfortably on the beam.
"Can you do that without hurting yourself ma'm?" The man said quickly.
"Yes I can. I'll see you in a bit. And make sure that bulldozer is under ten feet wide. Thats the widest width of the entry doorway. Tianna glanced at the back entry way. "It'll be great for getting the larger pieces of electronics in here." Tianna thought smiling again. "And make sure you'r workers make my floors extra sturdy. I want all extra beams used for reinforcements. I have heavy items I'm bringing in here." Tianna said.
"Yes ma'm. Right away ma'm. And don't worry about the bulldozer ma'm. It will fit." The man said eagerly.
"good. I'll see you in a bit then." Tianna said, hanging up the phone. She jumped onto the beam at the far wall and swung the sledgehammer dsown on the very end so that it dangled down. She jumped to the other end and so she broke the other end off and jumped to the next beam, doing the same over and over again. She leapt to the ground when she was done and dusted her coat off. She pulled a small steel box with a lock on it out of her back pack and pulled out a large wad of cash. She counted out the thousand for the beams the two hundred for the clearing service and some extra money because she hadn't bothered to ask about the cost of hiring ten men, and stuck the money in her coat pocket. Tianna hauled the beams and insulation out back by the time the men and bulldozer got to the building. She stood outside the building and watched the men unloading the bulldozer and beams. They hauled everything to the side of the building and one of the men walked over to her. She could tell he was the manager, boss, whatever by his happy swagger.
"Hello ma'm. Could I please have the money up front for our services? It'll be a thousand for the beams. We've got 'em all over there. And two hundred for the bulldozer clearing. You can show me the entrance in a moment. And I forgot to tell you on the phone but its a thousand five hundred dollars." the man said holding out his hand for the money.
"I've got the thousand right here for the beams." Tianna said handing over a wad of cash. "The two hundred right here." She handed over two one hundreds. "And let me count out the rest. I just grabbed a wad of cash for the men. I estimated. Here it is." She counted out the money and handed it over. The men had gotten the bulldozer off the truck and they had it running. Tianna waved her hand in the air for them to follow her and they did so obligingly. They drove it around back where she stopped to pull out a ring of keys. She unlocked the door and threw the garage type door up and waved her hand towards the mess that was ten stories of rotted wood. "Have fun boys. Theres nails in there so be careful." Tianna said turning on her heel and walking away. She walked to central park and changed into her wolven form, and ran off into the night...

Tianna came back to see that the beams had been built and she had obviously overpaid the workers or something because they had laquered the wooden boards and nailed them in over the beams. The stairs had been built as well. All that she needed to do now was strip the walls out and insulate and run electrical coards through the walls. But then again she could hire people to do that too. She felt like being lazy and letting others fix up the building fr her. She climbed the stairs and saw that another lycan had already made himself at home in his appartment. He was asleep and she let him be, continuing up to the top floor. She sat down and looked aroung and saw that the workers had done a good job with the floors. She loked up and saw that they had not put in ceilings though. She sighed and got back on her blackberry and she called the same building company. "Hello. Adam and Son building co. How may I help you?"
"Can you have people come to 2161 Sigamore Avenue Extension to install cielings and insulation in the walls? They were here earlier. Oh and do you do electrical?" Tianna asked deciding that she didn't really want to do anything in renovation.
"Yes ma'm. We do. How many people would you like to hire for this job?"
"Ten." Tianna said.
"Be right there then." The man on the other end said.
"Ok. Goodbye. I'll see the crew in a bit." Tianna said hanging up her phone. She walked back down the stairs and stopped on the fourth floor, where the other lycan had curled up in a ball in a corner. She walked over to him and poked him awake. "Hey. You're welcome to stay here, I already told you that through email but I just wanted to let you know that the bulding crew is coming back to do ceilings and stuff. They can't work with you in the corner." Tianna said straightening up.

"I'm Tianna. And once I get this place fixed up it will probably be a rest house for lycans. I've gotta get a laptop. Wanna come along? We can report to the alpha-male together. I've gotta try and find him." Tianna said cocking her head to one side and examining the unfamilar lycan. His hair was long and golden blonde with some deeper tints in it. He was rather tall and somewhat muscular. He ad on a pair of jeans and Tianna saw a bulge where his weapon was hidden. Tianna guessed his age to be around 18 or 19 years old. Maybe a little older. "I could use someone to talk to. Lately the only people I've been talking to are the people from the building crew. It doesn't help that I just moved to New York. No one knows me yet." Tianna said with a slight british accent. "Damnit. Gotta keep that accent under control girl." Tianna thought.

Niraj walked into the building and looked around nervously saw the two people standing together walked over."Umm uhh Hi.Is this the place I heard about where lycan's can get apartments?"

Niraj nodded and wandered off to let the builder's do there work.

Tianna heard Kains shout and smiled slightly. "Well thats what you get when you sell a castle in britain... Tianna thought with a smile. She grabbed her things and said to Kain. "Are you coming? I need to get a laptop. I'll buy you one if you want. I'm gonna let people join my server if they want to. Its all part of my plan to let lycans keep their money so they can put their money towards fighting the vampires. I've got enough money to keep me going for a long time. Actually. Before I go get that computer I wanna grab a drink somewhere." Tianna turns and walks out the door, beckoning to Kain with one finger. (Exits to Las Noches - hottest nightclub around).

Tianna stormed into the appartment building, slamming the front door behind her. The workmen were already done with their jobs and Tianna went straight up to her loft and collapsed in a corner, throwing her things in the opposite corner. She snifferd slightly and thought to herself, "I wonder where sis is..."

Tianna sniffed the air lightly and smelt the teenager from before. "Come on in." She yelled, standing up and brushing off her clothes.
