the Doctor's severed hand regenerate into a miniature version of himself played by Verne Troyer.
the 9th and 10th Doctors meet and share a kiss on-screen in one of those patented Russel T. Davies 'gay agenda' moments. ((Actually, would that be considered homoerotic or autoerotic? confused ))
the TARDIS hot spring room, featured in an anime-style hot-spring episode. ((aww, who am I kidding, I'd love to see that...)
the TARDIS karaoke room.
the Movellan Invasion of Earth, 1977 A.D, complete with soundtrack by the Bee Gees.
(the next two are a bit naughty)
the Master come back as a female dominatrix. "Call me Master!"

I wish they wouldn't cast a really well-known actor as the Doctor. Actually, I wish Tennant would never ever leave. Or at least until he gets too old and blind to read the script! xd And then they just let him hang around telling whoever the new guy is that he's doing it all wrong and isn't silly enough.
Also, no more "L&M"-style Doctorless episodes! Actually, I'd be more than happy for them to not even do another one like the first half of "The Christmas Invasion" where he's out like a light the whole time, but that might be stretching it. I'm not saying Tennant isn't cute in jim-jams or anything, but...
