So I'm not sure where I should put this exactly. I have an idea for a video like the ones in the sticky with the M*A*S*H videos. Since I can't make it myself I was wondering if someone else could.
The idea is to show all the charatcers strugglin throught the war (yes, like almost every other video made), with the song My Vietam, by Pink. Yes, I know it's a different war, and if anyone has a better song that still seds out the same general message, that would be awesome too.
And if this thread does have to be closed, could someone tell me a better place to ask? The Wanted, Services, and Chatterbox forums all really dont seem to work.

Much of what you want to do will have to depend upon what program you use to edit everything together, and how the footage you want to use is formated when you attempt to imput. I myself perfer using Avid (which is the industry standard that over 90% of the proffessional world uses!) but there are several programs that will produce similar effects. A very popular one out on the market right now is Final Cut Pro for Apple computers, and Pinicle (sp?) which can be picked up at an electronics retail store.
The three listed above would be best for the project you want to do because it will allow you to work with several aspects of editing theory. I won't go into those right now since they can be rather complicated. I will warn you though, they are the most fun part of video editing!!!
I myself will not be able to do the project for you (so sorry, but I'm in the process of making a music video for a local company), but if you can aquire some type of editing software I will gladly walk you through the editing process.
