You might be wondering what this is all about. Well it's simple. Many of us have scenes we want to RP but haven't been able to in the course of the main RP thread. Some of us have additional characters to explore. Others still just want a place to play with their main characters for a while between posts. This is where you do so.

Anyone can start a thread involving any scene. But remember, everything here is to be considered canon and in character. If you write about your main character gaining a scar when they were a child, then that character should still have that scar in the library (magical healing and whatnot excluded). If you die here, you die there. Unless you come back to life, as some of us do.

This is a good place to build up backstories and show off extended histories. You all put a lot of work into building characters and a lot of their stories never get told. Now they can be.

This is also where you can play with those secondary characters and NPCs many of you have created. Flesh them out, give them lives.

You may have as many threads as you wish at any one time, just try not to go too nuts.

In the context of the Library, if certain scenes require the presence or abscence of another player then you should organise that with them. Otherwise RP threads will be open to everyone to join in at their whim.
If you do NOT want others to join (e.g. if you are just fleshing out a history in which other clan members were not present and do not wish them to play a different character) then make sure that the word SOLO is in your subject title.

I would encourage people to allow people to play either their own (in the context of post Shiginami recruitment RPs) or a new/precreated character (in the context of backstory/secondary character based RPs). Courtesy would encourage asking permission OOC before joining just in case the original poster has certain characters or types of character they need you to play.
