This is a game I started on Myth-Weavers, but died early because most of the players ended up having RL issues. So I'll bring it over to here with a few adjustments.
First off, I will list the allowed races:
Human, Elf, Dwarf, Halfling, Gnome, Half-Elf, Half-Orc, Warforged, Shifter, Changeling.
For classes, no psionics please! I don't have the book for it and know nothing about it. If I can't DM it, I can't have it played.
Next are the pantheons of the Realm of Teleth. These are the Ancient Egyptian pantheon we will be using, and I will list them by thier Egyptian names first and in parenthesis thier commonly-known Greek names:
Ra (Re) LG / Fire, Sun, Protection, Good
Bast CG / Healing, Protection, Wrath, Beastial
Sekhmet CG / War, Strength, Protection, Pestilence
Yinepu (Anubis) NG / Death, Travel, Protection, Knowledge
Wesir (Osiris) LG / Death, Law, Plants, Ocean
Set (Seth) LE / Evil, Demonic, The Abyss, Storm
Amun (Amen) LG / Creation, Good, Protection, Summoning
Bes CG / Family, Protection, Healing, Good
Geb CN/ Gluttony, Greed, Lust, Earth
Nut NG / Family, Air, Sky, Protection
Aset (Isis) NG / Law, Good, Family, Protection
Heru (Horus) NG/ Good, Retribution, Sky, Glory
Tawaret CG / Water, Family, Protection, Seafolk
Tefnut LG/ Law, Good, Healing, Protection
Hethert (Hathor) NG/ Lust, Radiance, Illusion, Nobility
Djehuty (Thoth) CG/ Knowledge, Time, Moon, Rune
Cleric DomainsNow for one big difference from this game to any other normal D&D: Gestalt Characters. In creating a Gestalt Character, you choose 2 classes and as you level, so do both classes. However, there are imposed restrictions that I will list here. The two you start out with, you stay with. So if you choose to be a Cleric/Sorcerer, that is what you will be for the rest of the game. Now, you can have a prestige class, so long as you do not need a multi-class prerequisite. In such a case, you will start out with one class and your prestige class in the second slot, but you will not gain your first level of your prestige class until you meet the requirements for it, so in essence, until you meet the requirements, you'll only gain levels in your main class.
Now when you level as a gestalt character, you gain all of the benefits from both classes. Also, you get to choose the best features from each. For example, as a Rogue/Ranger, for hit die, you would take Ranger's and for Skill points you would take the Rogues. You would take the Ranger's BAB and take the best saves from each (Reflex, Endurance, and Will)
All characters will start at lvl 5 and have 8,500 gold to buy equipment with, and spending limit on each item (If you go out and buy that super-cool weapon for 8,500 gold, that's all you will have to start with
twisted )
I will set up a roll thread on Myth-Weavers. To roll stats, you will roll 3 sets for stats, each set you will roll 4d6v1 (The system rolls 4d6 and drops the lowest) Hp, you have your first lvl maxed and roll the remaining 4 hit dice.
Dice Rolling ThreadPost your char sheets here in this thread
There will be a limit of 5 characters (my own being the 6th) I will leave applications open until the 26th before making my decision. If you want to play, make sure you can post at least once every other day.
