Rules 1. Antonín belongs to [kaleido] and the art belongs to Audley Natchmann. Hands off. 2. He can sleep around as much as he wants without leaving any evidence, so they won't be any b*****d children on any auction blocks. 3. No posting here unless you are special enough. PM just in case.

{ Name } Antonín { Origin } Czech meaning "Invaluable" { Alias } Storm Eguntsenti { Age } 400+ (Looks like he's in his early 30s) { Birthdate } April 22 { Eyes } Emerald green with flecks of gold. { Complexion } A sun-kissed tan due to his countless years at sea. { Scent } Salty sea air mingled with cocoa butter. { Appearance } Despite the subdued hues and lax presentation of Antonin's clothing and wind blown hair, Antonin cleans up exceeedingly well. His constant globe-trotting made him highly cultured but an elusive guest at parties. The indescribable lust in his eyes, often perceived as part of his sea dog charm, usually works to his advantage in more ways than one. { Dexerity } Though he favors his left hand, Antonin writes and fights with both. His penmanship resembles the script text one would find on old maps and original editions of circa 1700 documents. { Antonin's Color Hex }

Reading the Compass :: Metaphysical pirate { Essence } Dawn Tempest's Rogue Dawn :: One of Antonín's favorite times of da, especially when welcomed with a beautiful sunrise. Tempest :: One of Antonín's favorite challenges. Sailing through storms is one of his fortes and namesakes. Rouge :: Possibly dishonest and immoral. Perhaps he's harmless. Antonín could be a dangerous, lone wolf in sheep clothing. There are many interpretations of the word as well as of Antonín's personality. { Ability } *deciding* { Emotion } Cupidity { Effects } Antonín can be described as a powder keg ready to explode. He often inspires others to feel extreme greed or lust (or both simultaneously), driving others to commit crimes from which he benefits, primarily financially. Unfortunately, this also drives many to be covetous or lustful toward Antonín as well, forcing him to often leave in a wake of discord. { Weakenesses }Cannot stay in one place too long due to restless nature, theft, and making enemies quickly. Often wants what he can't have, and sometimes can't get it no matter hard he tries. Covetous of other people's possessions, especially those of great value (wealth, heirlooms, trophy wives) Using any means possible to get desired object, and usually discards it when it is of no further value to him. Relies heavily on gambling, theft, and deception. Has a tendency to lose his temper when he doesn't get what he wants.

400 Years of Glory :: History
Europe :: Spain {1640s-1650s} Reaper's War for Catalonia (Spain) 30 years avoiding Spain. Joined Dutch East India Trading Company => Oceania/Tasmania/NZ => Cape Town, South Africa. Continued feuding between Dutch-Spain-England :: At sea. Bubonic Plauge and Great Fire of London. Went pirating in Caribbean, bought swanky place in Port Royal (Modern day Jamaica), and hung around Tortuga (Modern day Haiti) a lot.
Americas :: The Carribean {1684-1720} :: Treaty of Ratisbon signed between France & England - End of Buccaneers. Need to find new job. Managed to continue pirating under the guise of "privateering". Benefactors saw ambition and manical drive for success as a plus. Got tired of sharing the profits, heard of the rising wealth in France. Sold PR estate for a pretty penny, but kept the beach shack in Tortuga just in case.
Europe :: France {1770- } Versaille, France - Hung around the Court of Marie Antoinette. Had my cake and ate it, too. Caused the "Affair of the Diamond Necklace" (1775) - Scored a nice piece of swag and got Comtess de la Motte and Cardinal de Rohan to take the hit for it.
{1789} July 14th - Bastille Day :: Got out of Versaille before the angry mobs dragged to my beloved Marie to Paris. Set sail for the US.
US :: Georgia {1790-1860} Settled in some place called Georgia. Famous for its peachy southern Belles. Tarrifs, taxes, and North vs. South drama. I'm just here to make money, damnit.
{1861} April 12th - The US Civil War started. Got back on ship and sailed away after cotton plantation was burned to the ground.
Asia :: Japan {1861-1911} - Meiji Dynasty - Thanks to Commodore Perry forcing the Japanese to trade with the US in '58, sailed to the Far East and worked out of Yokohama. Set up shop near Kyoto. Love those geisha girls.
{1911} Went to England on business. Traveled along the Silk Road for a change of pace. Twas an enjoyable change of pace.
{1912} April 14th :: RMS Titanic -Decided to take a vacation and hop aboard the Ship of the Century! Made a killing at the casino card tables. Felt the sweet salt air on my face. Then the damn ship sank and I lost everything, again. I could kill the idiots that sailed into that ice berg. Went back to Japan to find emperors changed, and the start of the Taisho Dynasty began.
World War I :: Japan Wanted to visit home, but there was too much shooting. Didn't want the goverment taking all my possessions in the fake claims of the greater good. Stayed in Japan where it was safe, and full of sake and geisha.
{1920s} Went to America on business. Got settled in New York.
{1929} Stock Market Crashes :: The Great Depression - Lost even more money. How utterly depressing. Riots insued as the rich eventually got richer and the poor stayed poor.
World War II :: America Went to Hawaii on vacation. Sun, surf, and babes galore. Then Japan decided to go and get involved. Remind me never to visit Pearl Harbor while on vacation. Went back to Japan, and found everything I had completely gone. Damnit.
Decided to take up casing museums and banks for amassing wealth. Trying to understand all the new fangled contraptions. Speedboat racing is amazing, but give me an old crusty sail boat any day.

Antonísms :: Habits
- Often uses the names of his boats in lieu of his proper given name, especially when trying to bed women. - Prefers casing high profile jobs before attempting theft, primarily to gage if he really wants the items in question, and to examine all the angles to avoid getting caught. - Never lets anyone into the Captain's chambers of his ships, and unless it's raining, he will dine under the stars while at sea.

Antonísms :: Sayings
"Never give a woman you intend on sleeping with your real name, let along your full name. It makes it harder for them to find you afterwards."
