The Rules
1. Only one Death Note is allowed until we gain atleast 10 people
2. No killing unless you're Kira. (this has a loop hole)
3. Keep cursing to a low.
Kira Rules
1. You can only kill people that you have a picture and name of.
2. You may exchange half your lifespan for Shinigami Eyes. Then you may kill people if you see their face.
3. Do not go around screaming "I'M KIRA I'M KIRA", we're trying to find you out.
Death Note Rules
1. The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
2. This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
3. If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the person's name, it will happen. If the cause of death is not specified, the subject will simply die of a heart attack.
4. After writing the cause of death, the details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
