Wow, we have an official banner?
^_^ That's cool.
So, um, please correct me if I'm making an empty assumption here, but, uh-
It looks like using the banner in a signature is optional.
...I was wondering, do we have to use the Official banner?
Is it against the rules and such to make a different one to use?
I'm not saying that the Official one isn't the coolest in the name of banners, 'cause I really like it. ^_^
And I won't mind using it if that's the case.
But I kinda like to make banners and stuff for fun, hahah.
Is it alright with the powers that be if I make my own for my personal use?
