It seems at last I have chosen a magical creature to use!
All information will follow, once its finished please rip it apart as much as you wish, I am sure there will be plenty wrong with it.

Abilities
Dust Detection: He can detect small particals of dust they can't normally be seen. If they are somewhere that they shouldn't be then they won't be there for long if Keiran is about!
Cleaning: This in general he is perfect at. He can clean glasses till they shine and plates till you can see your reflection in them. Cleaning is something that he makes sure is perfect, he won't stop untill everything is clean.
Bed Making: He can do this without a problem, there would be no ripples in any of the sheets and it would lay perfectly. This is part of the cleaning ability but needs to be mentioned seperatly!
Weaknesses:
Small Confined Spaces: Though she will love to hide in small places it is also a weakness for her because she can be trapped.
Dust: If there is dust about he will be able to detect it. It will take his attention away from whatever he was doing and would have to go and clean it up.

Personality from baby to adult
Baby: As a baby he will be one of these little ones that a mother can't get to sleep or won't eat. He will cause trouble from a young age refusing to be quiet.
As a baby he won't be able to talk or communicate, so in some ways this will probably be the best stage to have him in as it will be the stage where he causes the least trouble, other then when he was a wand.
Toddler: As a toddler he will start to talk, chances are his first word would be a negative, something like 'no'. He will also be crawling and trying to walk.
As a toddler his abilities will start to kick in, he will start wanting to clean things and so his toys would be all packed up neatly and everything will be as clean as a toddler can keep things clean, this won't stop him having moods and throwing everything everywhere it will just mean that when he causes a mess it won't be long before he is trying to clean it all up again.
Kerian will also be a reasonably good toddler, he won't cause too much trouble and will make sure everything is spotless, however he will learn to be defiant at an early age which means that without a doubt he will get told off on more then one occassion.

Age: 24
Race: Human
Personality: Jason is normally easy to get on with. He seems to have unlimited amounts of patience though it can sound as if he is patronising sometimes as he keeps his voice rather low to stop himself from stressing.
He is adventurous and loves to mess around and do some strange and crazy things. He might be 24 but he isn't letting his youth go very easily. He found he had a job as an instructor at a training school for those who wanted to rock climb or abseil. He works as a rock climbing instructor and he loves it, being outside with the wind rustling through his hair.
Hair and eye colours: Jason has brown scruffy hair that won't stay completely flat, he always has a couple of strands sticking up so he gave up on it and leaves his hair to be scruffy.
His eyes are dark blue.
Physical description:
Distinctive Marks: He has a large scar that goes along his cheekbone from where he fell while climbing once and cut it open on the rocks.

Rock climbing: This is the love of his life! He loves to climb and occasionally abseil back down. He finds it exhilarating. As he managed to get a job doing the hobby he loves he does this often and finds it is very useful for clearing his head.
Swimming: He loves a good swim though he isn't really into the sport very much he just likes to go and have a long swim every other week to have a little bit of variety in his week.
Reading: He loves to read when he relaxes. He loves to feed his imagination even though most of the books he likes to read are either about rock climbing or some soppy love story.

Boggart moves into house, starts cleaning, cleaning staff get laid off, one comes back for revenge on family, laughs at the boggart while it behaves and boggart goes splat.

Boggarts were mischievous spirits responsible for mishaps and poltergeist activity within the home and in the countryside. They would rearrange furniture, break pots and generally be blamed for 'things that go bump in the night'.
They were often found attached to families and could be helpful within the household until they were insulted in some way. Boggarts had the ability to shape-shift, and sometimes appeared in the form of animals. If offerings were left out for them they would not cause trouble.
In Northern England, at least, there was the belief that the boggart should never be named, as when the boggart was given a name, it would not be reasoned with or persuaded and become uncontrollable and destructive.
It is said that the boggart crawls into people's beds at night and puts a clammy hand on their faces. Sometimes he strips the bedsheets off them. Sometimes a boggart will also pull on a person's ears. A horseshoe hung on the door of a house will keep a boggart away.
One of the most common tales told of a boggart is when a family can not endure its pranks any more and moves to avoid it, it will pack up its bags and move with them -- a trait it shares with the clurichaun. The family may hear him packing, or hear him declare that he is moving, and stay where they are
