To summarize:
People were washing their hands so much that they started to develop OCD behavior and their hands were rubbed raw...
Since it's kind of hard to post on Why Not after a freak soap accident, we decided for the safety of anime to move the soap about 3 inches to the right, hoping that suddenly becoming OCD y'all wouldn't know where to look because there's only one possible place the soap could be and if it's not there then it's nowhere!
Also, we turned your toilet paper rolls upside-down... sweatdrop
