AoS- Xeen's Citadel

Xeen's Citadel is apart from the rest of the AoS HQ, set in the old Pure Energy reactors in the City's center. The Slave camps are set around it, and the Citadel is heavily guarded- no less than ten Enforcer Pairs within thirty seconds of the main gate at any given time. Xeen rarely leaves, instead sending Ayx out to deal with people.

Inside the Citadel, Xeen carries out his research with Pure Energy, harvesting it from Supers, and milking Mundanes for what little they have.
((One Super makes three familiars, the humans makes one Familiar.))

The Dreadnoughts patrol the Citadel rarely- Xeen has allowed his daughter and her staff to use them.

The Citadel's livable space is roughly three floors where he can hold higher-ranking guests or people there at his behest. The top florr, some 20 stories above the tallest building in the city, is Xeen's office and personal living spaces. Below him are the living spaces, and the next twelve floors below that are research labs. The rest of the building is the Reactors, processing chambers and staging grounds for his Familiars.

Here's a list of the things Xeen creates for AoS use.

Familiar

TP: Explosion- The Familiar lunges at it's target, and explodes for ten damage.
Notes- They deal armed melee damage at all times
Weakness- Small, frail and barely intelligent.

Enforcer
LP: 75
MP: Unlimted Strength
SP: Shapeshifting- They can alter the form of thier bodies, often times providing swift short-range movement.
TP: Explosion- When killed, an Enforcer explodes for fifty damage, divided evenly among all combatants ((Including allies))
Notes- Enforcers always operate in pairs, led by a Super.
Weakness- Thier massive size makes it difficult for them to manuver. Due to the nature of thier construction, they are extremely slow to react, as well as anything else they do.

Darksteel Dreadnought
Main Power: Armor Piercing ((Negates any form of barrier or armor active. Works for the Dreadnought’s attack only.))
Secondary Power: Speed ((It moves, and attacks, at high velocity))
PASSIVE: Dreadnought Armor ((It deals three damage, and takes three.))

Arcbound Dreadnought
Main Power: Summon/Consume Familiar
Summon Familiar: One MP, 2 LP. Summons a Familiar with 20 LP and unlimted Super Strength.
Consume Familiar: Destroys a Familiar to gain 2 life. If the Familiar is destroyed, the Dreadnought is out that life until it rests.
Secondary Power: Arc Lightning ((Generic lightning attack. Deals 10 damage.))
Passive Power 1: Shapeshifting ((It can reconfigure it’s body into different forms, mostly for the purpose of fighting more effectively.))
Passive Power 2: Burrowing
Passive Power 3: Dreadnought Armor ((All melee attacks dealt to and by the Dreadnought are reduced to 3.))

Name: Xeen Soldevi
Description: User Image
Personality: Cold, calculated and methodical, however he’s ever close to madness. He pursues his own interests without reguard to laws or morals, and will use, and manipulate who he must to achieve his ends. He doesn’t kill needlessly, and often tends to ingnore or dispose of those who fail him, but tends to reward those who serve him well.
History: After Xeen incited the revolt that led to the downfall of Union City, he immersed himself in a Pure Energy stream inside the Power Plant in attempt to learn more about the substance that lead Lazerus and his pawns to systematicly execute Supers, including his wife. When he emerged, he not only had a greater understanding of it, but an affinity for it. On a dying world with no connection to Mana, Pure Energy was his new weapon of choice.

Affiliation:: Commander with his daughter

Main Power: Pure Energy Manipulation

Secondary Power: Riftwalking ((Pure Energy has caused instability in the Planar Viel, and Xeen discovered these rifts, and has the ability to bridge between worlds, and step out at any point he chooses. Like Blink, only has no range penalty.))


Third Active Power: Life Aura. ((Has 6 life. Power attacks deal it 2, melee 1.))

Weakness 1: When cut off from other Supers, Xeen cannot use any of his powers.
Weakness 2: Xeen takes double damage from psycical attacks ((Super Strength doesn't count.))

Name: Ayx

Description:
Height: 7’ 2”
Hair Color: No hair
Physical Discription: Ayx is the cumlination of Xeen’s Pure Energy experiments. Ayx is a shade, very similar to the ones Lazerus summoned, save instead of being a copy of a super, it is simply a collection of the minds of people trapped inside Xeen’s reactors. The shade is formed purely of Pure Energy, however it wears Xeen’s armor. It has powers, and somehow attained incredible control of fire and heat, earning it the nickname “Blazing Shade”. It’s name is derived from “Spirit” in a native tounge on Juridan.

Personality: Ayx has the constant screams and cries of the minds of those who are the basis of it’s existance. As a result, Ayx is constantly torn over most matters, and seeing the suffering of the war from multiple different views makes it reluctant to fight, which, thankfully, Xeen doesn’t force it into. It is well-spoken, and very intelligent.

History: Ayx is weeks old, a new creation of Xeen’s, orginally spawned with the sole purpose of collecting information from Xeen’s allies, while allowing Xeen to stay in his own facilities. Ayx was also taught how to fight, if need be, but derivies no enjoyment in the thought of causing more anguish. It is one of the few beings on Earth that can freely step between worlds.

Affiliation: Alliance of Supers ((Questions it’s place with them, though))

Main Power: Pyrokenesis ((Able to conjur fire and manipulate heat. Not half as skilled at it as Alloran is, but formidible in combat.))

Secondary Power: Riftwalking ((Like Xeen, Ayx can walk between worlds, allowing it to move rapidly.))

Active Power: Flame Aura ((Has 5 health. Power attacks deal 2 damage, melee deal 1.))
Weakness: Ayx is a being comprised entirely of Pure Energy. Anything disrupting energy or PE plays havoc on him. It’s extremely suscepitble to massive ammounts of Pure Energy.
