You mean for Maple Global? If you're in Ludi, go to Helios tower and head for the elevator. it's accessible, and so is the book that takes you to Korean Folk Town. Another entrance can be found at the far opposite end of Aqua Road, I think it's called the "Sharp Edge" or something along that line. At the top right.
