Probably every single one of us had heard this word. Some say it's a horrible word that should be banned, others call it mere slang to call their buddies. What do you think of it (Put in mind i'm bisexual and this word has been put against me) I'll state my opinion after a few responses

To me, "f**" means "cigarette." But that's because I read a lot of British books. The original definition is a bundle of sticks. Why did someone call you a cigarette? (Sarcasm. Please don't attack me.)

So you admit to being offended by comments on sexual orientation?

Welll...
I'm Bi too, and of course, I am also offended by being called names by my sexuality. I find being called "Lezbo" or even the term "f*****t" when not used towards me offensive.

I find being called "Lezbo" or even the term "f*****t" when not used towards me offensive. I agree. When people also say "That's gay" or "You're gay", I'm like "What?". I didn't know being happy about something was a bad thing. And when talking about homosexuals, lesbians, etc...I mean that's like saying to someone "You're hetrosexual" and the worst part is, people DO say "You're straight" and everything, like it's a label.

++++ Depends on how it's used.
If it's used as an insult, it both humors and annoys me. Annoying that they'd think that would insult me, y'know? And funny that they couldn't think of anything better.
If it's used in a lighter situation, though, it's just fine. Funny stuff.

Dusty-Boy The term f** refers to bundle of sticks... kindling for the fire >.0 they used to burn homosexuals Yes, I know that. The term became used as a word for homosexuals because they made them carry their own faggots. Stupid medieval people - they just couldn't stand anybody who was different. Most people still can't, they're just less violent about it.

I don't like the term f**. Not because the person is trying to spitefully insult my sexuality but merely their ignorance pisses me off.
Another term or phrase that upsets me thats rather recent is the 'no homo' disclaimer.
Like if a straight guy was to say something like "Man, that s**t was hard!" (they're most likely referring to nothing homosexual at all, like a video game being difficult or a test being hard) and finishing up the statement with "No homo."
That is the epitomy of insecure to me! Ugh! Not everyone thinks that everything you say has a homoerotic reference to it! Where is YOUR mind if you think that everything you say has a homosexual allusion to it?
Ok, I'm done ranting...
