1. No siblings of already established characters. Unless you know the character has a sibling .(exp. flora's sister rose)
2. There will NOT be anyone creating a character that comes from Sparx. Bloom is the only one that we know of from there. Miram & Ortiel probably are also alive but until after the movie no one can play them.

Ok I didn't know we needed this rule but if you already have a character made b4 Augest 12, it won't mean anything for your character.
1st year Regular Winx trasformation
2nd year Charmix transfromation
3rd year Enchantix transformation

This has become kind of an issue. But there are no crossovers.
