Please only Ban someone if they are continually:

2. Spamming Topics Continually (If it's accidental (Conversation), Then please just send the Users a slight note / Post in the Topic and just tell them, That you will delete the posts shortly, So the Topic can be continued again.
Please do not use your Moderating Powers in an "Power Struggle" Style:

If you see someone with less then 5 posts, check to see if they have been on gaia within the last week. Send them a friendly pm asking them to return to the guild. If you get no answer within a week. You may ban them with the reason why. Also in the banning reason make sure you tell them they may join again but they have to be active. Like one post a week.
