Part 1:THERAPY!!!
Dr. Iero sat down in one of the big seats by the fire place. He waited as his client came out of the kitchen. She was cleaning up after the morning’s meal. She walked into the room wiping her hands on her pants. She sat down in the chair across from her therapist.
“How are you today, Miss Eboni?”
“I’m not sure. I think it’s getting worse.”
“What’s worse?”
“My condition. I think I’m paranoid.”
“Why would you need to be paranoid?”
“There’s a guy. He walks around the house.”
“Can you describe what he looks like?”
“Um… a bit taller than me. Long black hair.”
“Anything else?”
“No, that’s about all I remember.”
“Does he say anything to you?”
“No, he just walks around. I think it was the same guy that murdered my family.”
“That was almost two years ago now, Eboni. Why would he be back?”
“I think he wants to kill me,” she whispered as if someone was listening.
“I’m sure you’re perfectly safe. They caught the bad guy last time, remember?”
“I think they got the wrong the guy,” Eboni whispered.
“Maybe you should leave the house every once in a while. Being locked in her isn’t helping your mental health,” Dr. Iero said.
“I’m perfectly fine!” Eboni screamed standing up and running up the stairs.
Dr. Iero sat there and let her calm down. Until he heard a scream come from above. He soon rushed up the stairs after her.
“Eboni!”
She was lying on her bedroom floor. A knife next to her. The window was open. As if someone jumped out. Dr. Iero looked out the window and found no one there. He quickly shut and locked it. He got on his phone calling for help to make sure his client didn’t die.
