Alora's mind battled with the flashes and images of her past, of everything she had experienced, all her memories and the faces of the innocent she had killed. Her eyes were shut tightly and teeth clenched as her legs twitched and the odd one would kick out now and then. It was as if her life was being played before her....every thing she had done and for what? what had she accomplished. She was inside a living nightmare, a nightmare she had created.
Delano picked his way through the trees as he headed back to where he had left Aruna. The foals had grown up and no longer needed protection. He had heard of a mass killing and had come to see if there were any he could save. So far he had found none. It was then her heard a sound, his ear perked and listening he headed in the direction it came from. As he came into the clearing, he saw before him a familiar lady bug flutter. He had met her once, but here she laid, covered in blood and injuries, but she was alive! Perhaps he could save this one. He noticed the blood on her muzzle and chest and he wondered if she had battled whatever creature had caused this chaos.
Without hesitiating he approached her still body that twitched every so often. He lowered his horn upon her body, healing first the gash other head. That was the most serious and she would probably awake whoosy with a great headache, but at least she woud live. Then he began moving to heal the broken bones, scrapes and cuts, any injury he could find. This amount of healing took alot of energy out of him, and once finished he found himself feeling very drained. He looked upon her still form, her face looking as if she was reliving some nightmare. Whatever her torment was, he could not heal that. He had done what he could and would now leave nature to take its course. As for him, he needed rest and he desired to feel Aruna's warm body cuddled into his. The blood red unicorn disappeared into the trees, hastily making his way to find his mate.
Alora's nightmaric visions would be something she would not forget anytime soon, they would haunt her mind and her dreams for some time to come. The mare bolted into an upright position from where she had been laying. Looking around her, she could not make out where she was or even anything clear. Her head swayed and she felt groggy and a great massive headache. She did not attempt to regain her feet, she was in no condition to do so anytime soon. Instead she just laid there, upright, wondering what exactly had happened and trying to chase the fuzziness away from her mind. She still saw flashes of memory..past and present..and all she could think of was....what had she done?

A stallion sat the the edge of the river, as always, and watched the clouds. It was definetly boring but he hadn't got a clue what to do that day. Then again, hes never had anything planned. The last time he saw somebody here was, Peony. A mare he had thought to fallen for, but one little mistake can take down a whole structure of other stuff. Mumbling to himself, Dinyin got up and whipped his long tail against his sides. He wasn't too happy but whatever right? It's life, and if you die, life goes on.
Dinyin took his time through the area he was in and scanned a few trees, what the hell was he doing scanning trees?! "No berries..." he didn't feel like eating grass and there didn't seem any good patch around. The grass died under the snow that had once laid on top. He found himself wandering around, and possibly in circles, but he wasn't. Finally spotting a really strange looking figure a few feet before him, he blinked and wondered what it was. He's never seen one before, it looked like something...a bug. A huge bug. He frowned and lifted his brow, hidden behind a tree, the stallion watched with curiousity. A mare, with wings. It wasn't the first for him to meet a horse with wings, but this one didn't seem to have wings like a Kalona, which are the species he only met. It had dots on them and looked very different from any other things hes seen. Maybe it was time to come out. He decided after a while of silence. Stepping out from behing the large plant, continuing to whip his tail against his sides, Dinyin walked slowly over to the mare.

Alora had been trying to rest and clear he mind when her ears caught the sound of hoofbeats approaching her. She jerked her head around, which was not the brightest idea at the moment and tried standing on her feet to face whoever it was. A threat maybe? The battle played in her mind again and all shje could make out was a dark brownish body....but wasn't the stallion a golden color? "Who are you? Who's there?" She called out trying to sound like she was alright, but her body betrayed her as she wobbled and swayed back and forth. She was still very whoosy and finally collapsed to her knees.
What would become of her now? Was it the stallion she had battled in the air? Or was it another come to finish her off? She was in no condition to fight, and even if she was, did she really want to? Did she want to spill more blood onto her hooves and muzzle? Her emotions and mind felt clouded and conflicted. Her convictions were now tested....how couldshe really have thought she could cure their species by killing all those not worthy in her eyes. Perhaps the golden phoenix stallion had been right and perhaps he had spared her life? Given her a second chance? Only time would tell...but for the moment she needed to handle the situation at hand.

Dinyin took a quick step back. This mare didn't look to good at all, she seem to be dizzy. He snorted and took a chance, approaching her. "What's wrong with you?" he asked looking at her on her knees. He waited for her answer, and took another step closer to look at her closely. Her wings were truly somethign hes never seen before. For safety reason, Dinyin retraced his stepback to the spot where he first spoken towards her. Now he was closer, there was another detail added. Her attenaes was something he had never seen, but Dinyin on the other had hadn't got a clue what they were. Maybe she is some type of...kalona that is very rarely seen.
The air picked up and it swirled by the stallion's nostrils. He could smell a bit of...blood. There wasn't anything around that had a wound or more, maybe an animal had just gotten killed by a human. He snorted once more and glanced over to her. She seemed okay, no scars or anything on her. Perhaps she was hiding it. Maybe she got hurt or soemthing, but first, shes got to answer his question for him to take any action. This could easily be a trap set up by fanged-soquilis. He has seen one tried to lure another dumb one towards her and take a bite at it. Luckily for that stupid one, he got away by pulling back. For now, Dinyin stood uneasy, yet at the same time not caring about what may happen next.

Alora's raised her head from its dropped position, still on her knees. "What is it to you? Have you come to seek revenge for the blood I spilt?" She flinched slightly as the stallion approached, a brown blurr still in her eyes. But then he re-traced his steps....that was odd. Why was he acting like that? Getting close and then moving away. "What are you doing? " Alora remembered the wounds she had sustained but when she turned to view them, she realized tehy were gone. Only the blood on her muzzle and chest stained her coat. What had happened? Where was the injuries? She knew she had hit her head and it had bleed, and she knew she had to have broken bones after a fall like that.
Unfolding her wings she tried examinging them through blurred vision, only to fiond they were no longer torn. A bewildered expression took over her face. "What happened? Did someone heal my injuries?" She murmured more to herself then the stallion in front of her.
She had not noticed the stallion's curiousity if her but then what did one notice when they were dizzy and clearly unable to see too many details right away. She was very confused, not just about her injuries now which baffled her with thier disappearance, but with everything she had experienced while she had been unconscious. She had a lot of thinking to do and a part ofher wanted to seek out Cadaver and talk to him.
Slowly she tried to regain her feet once more, still wobbling and swaying some, but her vision was beginning to clear. She felt weak and definitely needed some nourishment. Water...she was thirsty. She needed water. She somewhat ignored the stallion as she looked for a water source nearby but unable to find anything close she turned to face him now. She had no choice but to ask for help to get to a water source if he was not here to kill her.
He had an odd white face and a rich brown coat, 4 black stockings and a bit of white hair around one back hoof, a dark brown curly mane with a few orangey tips and a long dark brown tail. He didn't seem overly threatening so perhaps he wasn;t here for any type of revenge. "If its not out of your way perhaps you could lead me to some water neaby? My head is a bit too fuzzy and my vision a bit blurry to find it on my own at the moment."
She hated to ask for help but perhaps this stallion was not like the many weak stallions she had seen...although a part of her twinged in pain an regret at her mindset for such things. It was going to take her some time to figure this out. She just hoped those she had talked to about recruiting an army would listen. It was all pointless to ehr now and she was not sure how she felt anymore. Perhaps she would simply tolerate all others and just avoid anything she didn't like or saw as weaker. Maybe the golden stallion had a point, maybe they were strong in other ways she failed to see. Perhaps taking some time to research this would prove useful.

"What revenge? I am not related to you in anyway," speaking in a calm tone, "What I'm doing? Looking at you and wondering if you have some type of problem that might affect me." Nodding, with no expression on his face. The mare had asked for water, and it was only right for him to respect others. He had respected others that were nice to him, so far this female hasn't said anything rude yet. So he might as well help out a bit. "Tell me, what happend to you? You seem...brain washed," Still not budging to lead her to the river. The blood splats on her looked normal through his eyes, she was red, or her wings were and stripes down her hair.
Turning around, which now his rump was facing her, he looked back and moved his head quickly to the front then back. Showing something like "follow me". Was there some thing out there that had done this to her, he didn't know. Dinyin passed a few trees and watched his steps from tripping over any tree roots out of the ground. Then realising he was leading someone and he can't let them fall behind. Doing a full 360 turn, he waited for the mare to reach his spot. For now he yawned and watched as the sun was hung in the sky. From this point, he squinted his eyes and now realised maybe her blood splatters weren't natural. It seems to turn to a darker red, maybe this was where the blood smell had come from. Yawning again, Dinyin stood and waited for her to catch up, not warning her about the roots.

After a few days of wandering on his own, the news of great blood shed had reached Cadaver through the grape vine. The way Alora had run off on him gave him the notion that perhaps this was her doing. She had been crazed, out of her right state of mind if you would. The time she had been away from him he had taken the time to reflect on the situation, what had led up to that event and what possibly he could do once Alora had appeared again.
For a while he had been trailing the path of destruction he assumed the flutter mare had left. She hadn't been too far ahead of him it seemed, or at least he hoped. But what exactly would he do or say once he tracked her down? These thoughts ran through his mind like a wild fire. Would she still be crazed? Or had it passed.
The trail led him into and through the forest. A small scent of blood still lingered in the air as he quickened his pace. It seemed to be collecting into one area up ahead. Even if he couldn't see it properly, he could almost get a sense that Alora was ahead.
Stoppping on the edge of the area where Dinyin and Alora were moving, the dark stallion watched intently. There she was, he had found her after following the trail. His pure white eyes narrowed at the sight of another aura. It gave off a blue almost lazy look to it, but the smell was male. Cadaver was never one for quick, upfront confrontation, but this was Alora. And she was closer to him than anyone else and he did not want to loose that to some other stallion trying to move in.
A deep nicker came from deep within his chest as he moved out to where he was more visible. The skull feather behind his ear fluttering wildly from a small breeze that ruffled his two toned mane. Those same emotionless eyes rimmed with black and red eyed the stallion as he let the full weight of his large body settle into his legs as he stood there.

Alora tilted her head a moment, very confused. "Why would my problems affect you in any way? That makes no sense unless I tried to killy ou or someone you loved." She shook her head, trying to clear her vision. And then a thought popped into her mind. Where was Cadaver? Had she left him alone with that irritating silvery winged mare?
And then her thoughts were interrupted as the brown stallion spoke again. "Brainwashed? no, I'm just...dizzy. Trying to clear my head after falling from the sky..." She hesitated. Her natural distrust of others finally kicking in...but he had not tried to harm her and if he was going to take her to get some water, she might as well tell him what she had done. She was sure he'd hear about it anywyas as news travelled fast in these lands. She looked up and moved closer a few steps towards the stallion, waiting to be led to the water. As he motioned for her to follow, she did so and spoke as they walked.
"Well, you could say I snapped and went a little insane...and I kinda went on a mass killing spree....which I've never done before. I mean yes I killed my mother but she deserved it. She caused my father's death!" Alora sounded like she was trying to justify her actions to herself. " During that insane period , a golden bird like stallion got in my way and we battled. The battle ended up in the sky and in the end we both plummeted to the ground. "
She looked her body over again, still unable to find any injuries or scars. "I should be dead or close to it, or have severe injuries, but I cannot find any. I know I hit my head, and I know I took bad injuries during that fight in the sky." She opened her wings to look at the thin black wings that hid under the orange, spotted shells. "My wings were torn, I had long deep scratches on my back and sides, and I know I hit my head as my body hit the ground." She shook her head still amazed. Somehow, something must have saw fit to heal her. She stopped as the stallion had as well. She normally had no trouble keeping up but she was still a bit whoosy and light headed, so she had been taking her time to carefully pick a path and not trip or fall.
Alora suddenly perked her ears as a familiar nicker was heard. she turned her head to find the source and finally her eyes laid rest to the familiar dark stallion with his white mane that had black tips and glowing white eyes. She had left him behind in her crazed mental state and she was relieved and happy to see him, that he had found her...Happy? She had never really felt happy before. How strange that being away from him and going through this ordeal made her so happy to see him again. The emotion she felt was strange and foreign to her but at the same time it felt right. She returned his nicker with one of her own in greeting.
"Cadaver, how did you find me?" She called to him but it didn't really matter how he had. Her friend and companion was here. She would have introduced the brown, white faced stallion but she realized she had not gotten his name. How much she had to tell Cad. Of everything that had happened and these strange flashes and nightmares. Perhaps he could help her make sense of it all. She looked at the brown stallion again a moment. "I'm sorry I didn't get your name. My name is Alora, and this is Cadaver." She motioned towards the stallion and waited for Cadaver to come to her since she wasn't exactly able to run over to him without falling. Her legs still wobbled some as shw stood still, her body still weak and exausted.

Dinyin listened as he walked and looked down for anythign in his way to trip him. He was amazed how could one still remember so much after something like a fall from the sky. What was it like to be up high? He shrugged to himself and stopped as another's scent crossed the original smell he was breathing in. The stallion looked up to find another stallion, not one that he could reconise, which meant he hadn't met this one before. Looking from the female and the other, he guessed they knew each other. How else would she know his name. He cleared his throat, "Dinyin." Speaking without emotion and keeping his eyes on Cadaver. He really hoped this other stallion wasn't a mean type.
The stallion expected that Alora was probably Cadaver's girl or something, somewhere in him sensed that the visiter was not too happy to find him with her. Dinyin shifted and bit further from Alora, then yawned and looked the other way waiting for someone to say something.

Cadaver still gave that fierce glare at the stallion for a second before Alora's voice broke through his thoughts. Turning his head slightly to gaze upon the flutter mare, he relaxed a bit for now.
"It's not hard to find someone who leaves such a large trail as you did. I may not see quite as others do but I can make my way just as easily." He gave a quick flick of his braided tail. Eyeing the strange stallion again for just a second, he moved closer to Alora. Standing close next to her so she could lean on him just incase she needed to. She didn't seem to him to be in the best of health at the moment, though he didn't smell anything out of the ordinary. A bit of blood, but not enough to cause alarm.
Turning his head towards the stallion who introduced himself as Dinyin, his eyes narrowed again. Ears flicking back for a second. Had he done this to Alora? It didn't seem like it, but still, one had to be careful when one walked into the lion's den. "Pleasure...I'm sure." Cadaver's voice was fringed with an icey coldness. He still was a bit upset about the whole ordeal of Alora running off and had been quite distant save for a few who had stumbled upon him and made brief conversation. But that was another matter for another time.

Alora watched Cad's glare at the other stallion, now known as Dinyin. She was curious as to what he was glaring at him for exactly. She had never seen Cadaver act quite like that before. "Is something wrong Cadaver? I noticed you seem to be giving Dinyin here quite the fierce glare. I assure you he has not harmed me in any way if thats what you are thinking."
She shook her head slightly. It was almost as if he was jealous, not that that was a bad thing. It kinda made her smile a bit although she tried to hide that factor but she knew Cadaver would of course see it, even if he didn't let on. That strange vision of his let him see things she could hide from others, but never could hide from him even if she tried.
She turned to face Dinyin as he stood waiting. "We should continue to the water source, I am quite thirsty, if you don't mind that is? " The brown stallion looked almost as if bored and perhaps he was. Or perhaps he had not liked the dark stallion's unexpected appearance. Either way, it did not matter to her, She was happy to feel Cad's warmth so close next to her and she let her body weight lean upon him for support as they prepared to move forward.
"I suppose you're right. It was quite a bloody trail. I shall enlighten you with the details then as we walk. I am sure you'll be more then interested to hear what has happened. And perhaps you can help me make sense of these flashes and visions, even nightmares, I have been experiencing since. " She looked to Dinyin, waiting for him to lead once more, and hoped the stallion would still accompany them once they reached the water and perhaps they could talk more there. Resting her head lightly on Cad's neck she whispered in his ear "I'm still a little weak, so I hope its alright to use you for support do I don't trip and fall."

Dinyin raised his eyebrows at the stallion and snorted. Turning around to lead the way towards the river. After he does his part, he'll leave. No poitn of him staying, it seemed like the stallion really didnit welcome him here, even though he was here first. He'll just find another part of the forest to roam in. The water splashed against the sides of rocks and it was loud and clear. Dinyin loved the sound of that. Sounded so...natural. His body relaxed as they drew near to the side of the river. Dinyin closed his eyes only for a moment, then he would take a big breath and turn towards them.
"I guess I'll leave ya' two alone," he said letting his eyes scan the scene behidn the two of them. They didn't catch site of any food or anything to eat. Might as well wander through the forest. It was a mysterious place that gave off a mysterious feeling. There seem to be something new behind every little spot and thing set in there. Seeing the two of them, reminded him of himself. Even if they weren't together. When will he find that one perfect? Well, it'll be his turn someday. Taking his steps towards another direction through the forest, Dinyin thought about his future. What will he do?

Giving a slight shake of his head, he eyed Alora for a moment before speaking. "No. It seems nothing is wrong now. I was just a bit....worried I guess." That seemed to be the right word for how he felt right now. Though it seemed a bit odd to him. He knew Alora could handle herself but right now he just got that feeling that perhaps she did need a shoulder to lean on.
As they walked, he let her lean upon him. The smaller mare wasn't enough to hinder his walking. His tail gave a few idle flicks as he watched Dinyin walk infront of them in silence. Obviously he had come in at a bad time for this one it seemed. Perhaps it was a good thing he had come upon them. Who knows what this one would of done with Alora in her hindered state.
His steps were slow and careful as he walked with Alora to the edge of the water. If she needed more help to get to the water he would help the best he could, but at least stay out of her way. "I am quite interested in hearing your tale. It seems news passes through these lands quite quickly but I really only got the tail end of it in passing." As Dinyin motioned to move away, he continued to watch him. No emotion showing as normally it didn't in his eyes. "You don't have to leave. You have every right to hang around, I'm not going to chase you off. Unless I have a need to." The last bit of his statement was said in a softer, more gruffy voice. More like a mention to himself then something said outloud.

Alora walked along, resting her weight upon Cadaver's strong frame. She wasn't used to depending on another for help, but with him it just seemed right to her.
Alora's eyes travelled to the moving yet silent form of Dinyin ahead of As Cadaver spoke, she raised her head, her emerald eyes meeting his as she prepared to speak, collecting her thoughts. She told her tale to him fo what had transpired since she ran off in a mad craze. She spoke of the blood and the killings, and she spoke of the great golden phoenix soquili and their battle in the sky. After they plummeted from the sky she did not recall anything else, except a strange sensation throughout her body and then to awake with this strange stallion who was kind enough to speak to her and offer to lead her to water.
"I don't understand it Cad. I should be dead or severely injured, and yet I am not. I am weak, but I am alive and unscathed. I remember the pain from the blows of his hooves and his raking teeth, and I saw the blood, and yet now they are gone. Vanished as if it was all a dream." She shook her head, the flashes from the past returning once more.
