Rp with Shorty:
Clarice lightly stepped onto the trail. Her long hair was pulled into a braid over her shoulder for the day, so it wouldn't get snagged on branches along the way. She was walking to a small meadow, a place of peace. A place she could think at. It didn't feel like madness there, as it did at home.
Her steps were light, but determined. She knew where she was going, and what for. There was no reason to tally, or lollygag around. No, Clarice was out to keep her mind sane. Thus the meadow. She kept on the trail, lips not pulled into a small or a frown.

((*squees in delight!*))
Rackhir was lying on the ground, hat on his chest and arms beneath his head. His eyes were closed as he just soaked up the sunlight. The rays were warm on his skin as his dark hair with a reddish bangs spilled about, creating a sort of dark halo.
Long blades of grass swayed in the gentle wind's touch, Rackhir quietly chewing on one of the long blades.

The female kept walking, eyes locked onto the trail ahead of her. Shortly she found herself in the meadow. A small, very small, little smile placed itself on her lips. Yes, peace, quiet... she was alone. Or was she?
Her ear twitched for a moment, before her eyes swivled to the only other person in the meadow. She lifted her pale chin a bit. How dare someone be in her meadow? Though...honestly...it wasn't her meadow. At all. No, it was just a place she liked to come to.
Clearing her throat she sat down on the other side of the green grassed area. Her blue dress settled around her, and she quickly flicked off any leaves of grass that rested on it. Everything needed to be neat and in order. Then her eyes snapped shut and she tried to relax.

His nose detected something different about the meadow. His eyes fluttered opened as he blinked at the sky, half expecting someone to peer over him. With no one there, he sat up to see if it was just his imagination.
the gentle wind teased his hair as he looked around his surroundings, the hat falling into his lap. Of course he didn't look behind him.

It took only a few moments before Clarice became annoyed. Her eyes snapped open, to stare at the other in almost a glare. Finally, the girl couldn't take it anymore.
"I'm over here."
Her voice was sharp, showing how annoyed she was. Lighter in tone, and it would have been sweet had she been in a decent mood. But her peaceful place had been invaded by this...person. One eyebrow lifted, waiting on the other to speak.

Rackhir blinked and tipped his head back to peer at her before rolling around to face her completely, grabbing his hat up and crawling forward.
"Who are you?" He asked carefully and curiously.

He was rolling around on the ground and crawling like some sort of child. He didn't even offer his name before asking who she was. The other eyebrow arched, a sure sign that she was annoyed. Clarice gave off a soft scoff before speaking.
"My name is Clarice. It is polite to offer your own name before asking some one else their's..."
She stared at him with her bright blue eyes, her wings tightly held agaisnt her slim back. Annoyed was hardly the word any more. She was beyond annoyed now.

Rackhir blinked. He was used to being alone, so his manners were a little rusty.
"Pardon me. How rude of me, Miss Clarice. I'm Rackhir."
He did keep his hat off.

Well, that was better. Clarice's shoulders stopped being so stiff, her eyebrows returned to normal, and her chin evern lowered to it's normal level. Her slender fingers dusted off dirt from her skirts.
"Nice to meet you Mister Rackhir. May I ask what you are doing out here?"
Polite, perfect, follow the rules. The things Clarice lived by. As long as some one asked the proper way, what was stopping them from asking? Her bright eyes looked at Rackhir, awaiting a yes or no. Possibly even an answer!

"Simply enjoying the sunshine and fresh air, Miss. May I ask of yourself?"
He asked, sitting in an indian fashon. He had been away from civilization for so long yet he maintained some form of being polite...even if he did forget half the rules.

"I was just getting away from my room mates. One of them is most uncivil."
The very thought of Derek, his bare feet on the table eating ceral out of the box made her mad. Just how unclean was he? Well... he took long enough showers... leaving her barely any hot water. Just enough to relax before the cold water hit her. A sharp breath and she sighed. Anger would do her no good now.
"I just wish I could relax at home... I cannot however."

"Uncivil how?"
He asked, knowing uncivil and the lowest of low. A most depressing place, where he'd been banished too before. However, to hear a lady talkof uncivility, drew his attention to where he sat just a bit closer, however keeping things polite.

Her bright eyes looked at him for a moment before closing. Ah yes, Derek Michael, the thorn in her side. The biggest pain in the neck she ever knew! Not that she would say anything like this outloud. Instead she spoke calmly, be fitting a lady.
" Well, simply put, he won't learn manners at all. He puts his bare feet on tables, eats out of containers, has horrid sleeping habits and worse taste in clothing. It rather frankly, disgusts me. I've tried to teach him time and time again, and all he does is laugh like a donkey."
The neat, clean Clarice had no idea that it was all just Derek's way to tease her. He didn't care what she thought of him, only that he was having fun. It annoyed her greatly.
