o.k. so my friend barrowed my only volume of VK and when I got it back there was blood on some pges and when I asked her about it all she said was that she wantedto be in the book. and now I am freaking out. I dont know if it was a joke or if she really cut herself to be in the book. but I need to know if I should get her some help.or what?  that is her facing the camera. and me on the side of her its at my house

Horrible as it sounds, sometimes things are better left alone. You shouldn't do anything about it because, even though she's your friend, a line has to be drawn somewhere, and I can guess that the aftermath is something that you won't want to be mixed up in.
Hate to say it, but good deeds never go unpunished, and I think that philosophy goes hand in hand with this. Let somebody know about this incident, but don't get in the middle of it.
Well, that's my take on it, anyway. ^^

thank you your take on it is really helpful but who should I tell? should I tell her mom she doesnt have a dad because he was abusive and stuff. should I tell a scool councler or something? what. I need to know what to do, one of my best friends is hurting herself!!!!

I Would tell her to tell her mom ^^ My Friend was cutting And I told her to tell her parents and I was Kinda Mean when I told Her I'd Smack her next time I saw them... She never did it again
yeah but for my friend she isn't cutting her rist its more like just sliceing her finger gut either way it scares me andher mom knows she is doing it and doesnt care.

Thanks I have been and I took another one of my friends advice and told her to stop or i'll call the cops or something to get her help any thing to keep her in my life and safe.

I'm not saying yes or no but you should help her yourself cuz if you get her actual help then she'll be changed you must teach her to be dark and mysterious or however she is but you must teach her and learn yourself to control your emotions.
