the people you live with take your stuff without asking? It drives me NUTS. Anyone have any ideas how to deal with this???

Sometimes, just asking nicely works. If it persists, talk to them about it. If they still don't stop, then I don't know.

yeah, my brother does that to me all the time. Tell your parents, or if it's roomates, threaten to kick them out. Or get a lock on your door or something.

Willendorf the people you live with take your stuff without asking? It drives me NUTS. Anyone have any ideas how to deal with this??? my sister my cousin (when he comes over) and whoever is in the damn house takes my art supplies. and alot of that stuff is NOT cheap... but yeah it really gets my blood boiling. espeically when someone steals my mp3 player.

I haven't had this issue since I was about 15, so that makes 6 years. I do recall becoming angry to the point of violence then. Not really the best way to react, often effective, but not good. Try talking it out first, then work with other methods.
