In sleep he sang to me In dreams he came That voice which calls to me And speaks my name ...
... And do I dream again? For now I find The phantom of the opera is there, Inside my mind

On your petition thread, Meg's last name is Giry. Not Gerie.
And not to be a party pooper, but there's really no specific costuming for PotO unless you go about the Webber musical or film. From that it means the costumes are copyrighted, meaning Gaia will not do them.
Plus really we have a Phantom Mask petition, so the costumes are just sprinkles on the icing compared to the frosted cake of the mask.

I would really like that red flower in Christine's hair, though...

That's true, but there are plenty of copyrighted stuff, such as the ninja head band, that gaia has made into its own. But I think there really are costumes which fit the era with all that new french stuff. Was it just me or did that tall wig remind anybody of Carlotta's hair from the 2004 movie?

Regardless of copyright, there's nothing signifigant beyond the mask (which we have one in the Casino's Prize and Joy) that anyone would recognize from the musical. So honestly there is no point.

Kira the wanderer That's true, but there are plenty of copyrighted stuff, such as the ninja head band, that gaia has made into its own. That's because in Japan, copyright laws are not as strict as in Western countries. That's why so many doujinshi (fan comics containing copyrighted characters) are viewed with respect as a token to the original artist.

Gaia's variety of clothing has sufficiently increased since the phantom mask petition was made as well. We have several white dresses for the Christine cosplayer, and the French opulence update was quite pleasing indeed.
The red rose, however, is a nice idea. I myself would like a solitary rose to hold and I think you would find several gaians, besides those who are phantom phans, opting for perhaps a red version of the white rose. Perhaps a single petition for this red rose would be more succesul.

I agree with RDS. A single red rose would be a great idea. (It could even have a position that lets you put it in your hair). A red rose wouldn't be a PotO-specific item, so it would be well received by non-phans too.

I believe there is a petition for roses, or a red one at least, already. I haven't scoured the Petitions forum lately, so I can't say with certainty.
