Well, now that a jobber's got it it'll be a lot less difficult for someone else to get it, someone who deserves it, like Jeff Hardy. It's because Umaga was a main eventer for so long that he kept the title anyways... I think they should quit with that gimmick anyways...

I just found out! The guy's not a jobber. He was from Ohio Valley Wretling and he got promoted into the WWE. Here's his profile: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_CarelliI knew the guy was a wrestler. You could tell he was experienced. I just wasn't sure if he was a jobber or not. Turns out he's not. We may be looking at a new IC reign.
