Physical Description if Starting Human: Tektek Avatar.
Azriel has naturally tanned skin, which can only get slightly darker before he burns. He has long silver hair which he alwas puts up into a large ponytail going down his back. His light hair makes his dark red eyes even more noticeable than the usually would have been. He isn't tall, but that doesn't mean that his muscles aren't easy to spot. His legs are developed enough for him to run faster than average -luckily for him.
His usual choice of clothing includes a short-sleeved red shirt with an orange pokeball on it along with an orange trim, covered by a black vest. He wears black pants (even when it's hot) along with black boots. On his right wrist, he wears a band that reaches about halfway to his elbow. Though it's not visible unless he's not wearing his shirt, Azriel has a small black tattoo of a star directly under his right collarbone.

Personality: He's mistrusting and incredibly secretive, even to people he knows. Having lived his entire life on his own, he never learned to trust other people. But just because he doesn't trust anyone doesn't mean that he doesn't like people. He will talk to people, he'll communicate with them, and he'll be as civil as he can be -without getting close to them at all. What he doesn't want is for someone to find out who he really is. He pushes people away and keeps them at a 'safe' distance at all times.
Strengths: Stealth, secret-keeping, and speed.
Weaknesses: Gambling, kleptomania, and paranoia.
Future Plans for Character or Any Extra Info: For him to steal things. : D; That's what he does, after all. Of course, the employees and security would probably be ready for him. But not everything is bolted down in CRONUS. >o>

[History]
Since he's been old enough to move, Azriel has been taking things. It just escalated as he grew. As a child, he'd steal candy and such from other kids. As a teenager, he picked people's pockets. It was only a little while after he'd been snatching wallets and jewelry that he realized he actually had a 'wonderful' talent. He actually started stealing Pokemon from their trainers -but he had to get rid of them somehow. That's where CRONUS came into play. He'd supply Pokemon, they'd pay him, he'd get more, they'd pay more. He just got better as he went. But he couldn't keep them satisfied forever.
Growing up in a city with a casino that let kids into it didn't help him much.
He's a runaway who decided that he couldn't take his parents and sister anymore. His parents probably didn't care enough about him to even put up posters for their lost child. That's what he told himself, anyway. He had absolutely no way of telling, since he never went back to Mauville City. The only posters that he'd see of himself are the few Wanted and Warning posters spread around.
Azriel's always been relatively short for his age. Standing at a mere 5'8", he's always been just a small amount tinier than all of the other boys that he knows. Though he's still taller than most of the girls, among the boys, he's almost always the smallest. Because of this, people would make fun of him. The one thing that kept him from getting angry and attempting to beat them was the fact that managed to always walk away- right before the other boys' pants fell to the ground after the loss of their belts.

Lucario (ルカリオ, Rukario?) are one of the 493 fictional species of Pokémon creatures from the multi-billion-dollar Pokémon media franchise—a collection of video games, anime, manga, books, trading cards, and other media created by Satoshi Tajiri. The main purpose of Lucario in the games, anime, and manga, as with all other Pokémon, is to battle both wild Pokémon, untamed creatures encountered while the player passes through various environments, and tamed Pokémon owned by Pokémon trainers.
Lucario was the third fourth-generation Pokémon to be revealed, after Munchlax and Bonsly. Its name, when spelled out in katakana, is believed to be a corrupted anagram of the word oracle (オラクル, orakuru?). Lucario has the appearance of a anthropomorphic canine bearing some resemblance to the ancient Egyptian deity Anubis.
In the video games
Lucario is a Pokémon that appears in the Nintendo DS versions of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. CoroCoro Comic revealed that its types are Fighting and Steel, a new type combination as of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, and that Lucario has two possible Pokémon abilities: Inner Focus, or Steadfast. Lucario is used by the third Sinnoh Gym Leader as well as by Sinnoh's Elite Four Champion.[3] Lucario's Attack and Special Attack statistics are very high, along with an above average Speed stat. This makes Lucario a very formidable opponent, seeing as it can usually attack first and deal large amounts of damage (often referred to as "sweeping"). Its Defense and Special Defense are average, to say the least.
Lucario is also mentioned in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon. If a player gains 15,000 Rescue Points, they will reach "Lucario Rank", and a Lucario statue will be placed next to the player's rescue base. Alakazam also refers to Lucario after the initial story is cleared, saying that his exploits as a rescue team leader are legendary.
Lucario is the only Pokémon able to learn a "bone" move, Bone Rush, other than Cubone, Marowak and Smeargle.
There is only one way other than breeding in Diamond and Pearl to obtain Lucario, by way of a man named Riley at Iron Island. If the player successfully guides Riley through the cave and defeats the Galactic Grunts at the end, Riley will give the player an Egg if he/she has an empty space. This egg hatches into Riolu, which can then be evolved into Lucario.
In the anime
Lucario as seen in Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew with Sir Aaron.In the opening sequence to the American dub of Pokémon: Advanced Battle, Lucario is seen resting against a tree with Mew flying around. Lucario has also made several cameo appearances, one of which was in the 9th season, Pokémon Battle Frontier.
However, Lucario's appearance in the eighth Pokémon movie, Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, seems to be its only main and official role in the franchise. In the movie, Lucario is a servant to a nobleman named Sir Aaron in a Renaissance-themed city called Cameron Palace. Lucario thinks of Sir Aaron as his master, and nothing more. After Aaron traps him in a magic staff at the film's outset, Lucario begins questioning any Pokémon-human relationship (a theme explored before with Mewtwo in Pokémon: The First Movie). Lucario demonstrates an adeptness to Aura. The Lucario in the movie, voiced by Sean Schemmel can also speak human languages(telepathy), the fifth speaking non-legendary Pokémon after Team Rocket's Meowth. Even though according to the movie Lucario sacrificed itself in order to save the Tree of Beginning, whether it truly died is unknown, since at the end of the movie, it appears with Sir Aaron eating a chocolate bar.
