Demonic Love

The moment Gaara saw Naruto, he's been feeling kinda funny.
Shukaku tries to explain it but doesn't work so he says: Spend as much time with him as you need, you'll figure it out.

When Gaara falls for Naruto, will the blonde fall for Gaara?

Will they discover each other before Itachi gets to them?

Gaara x Naruto
One-Sided Sasuke x Naruto
Kakashi x Sakura
Itachi x Everyone. ((Because he's a pervert like that))

[ Matuska: Sauke likes Naruto but Naruto and Gaara will be the main pairing... what will Sasuke do?? gonk ]

Prologue

Location: Konoha

"Identify yourself!" Naruto shouted as he caught sight of three foreigners. Naruto took a step back, one hand hovering over his kunai pouch.

"Sabaku no Gaara." Was the clipped reply, the speaker's aqua eyes staring into Naruto's own. Naruto flinched as his eyes locked with Gaara's.

Such cold, emotionless eyes. The blonde thought to himself. Those same eyes were expecting a reply from the blonde. "Uzumaki Naruto, Konoha's number one ninja!" Naruto exlaimed as an introduction, shooting a fist into the air.

"You wish dobe." Spoke a voice from somewhere above the blonde. Both Gaara and Naruto glanced up to see the young Uchiha heir perched in a tree, watching the two with a smirk.

"Shut up, Sasuke-b*****d!" Naruto snarled loudly, shaking a fist at the dark-haired teen. Temari's cheeks flushed. He's kinda cute.

Sasuke glanced at the three strangers, his gaze stopping on the blonde girl for a few seconds before he leapt into the forest.

"Let's go." Gaara spoke calmly, arms crossed.

"I'd like to go for a walk in the forest, if you don't mind." Temari interrupted, eyes locked on where the Uchiha had once been.

"Hn." Gaara replied, eyes still locked on Naruto's as he began to walk away, followed by Kankuro.

(Okay, I'll begin then. Ahem *clears throat*)

Gaara sat on a roof surveying the village of Konoha in the sunshine. He was there on a mission but that was not what was filling his mind this sunny afternoon. No, it was something else, rather someone else, that he was thinking of and for once, it wasn't of someone he wanted to kill.

Uzumaki Naruto.

Gaara had had this strange, tingling feeling in the very edge of his heart ever since he met the blonde loudmouth of Konoha and he was consulting Shukaku for advice. Asking a bloodthirsty demon for advice concerning feelings might not be very giving but he had no one else to turn to.

After some discussing back and forth and several failed attempts on explaining what Gaara felt Shukaku gave up and said: "Spend as much time with him as you need. Maybe then you can straight out what the damn feeling is." Gaara sighed. 'As much time as I need...' he thought.

Meanwhile at the ramen stand a few blocks away from where Gaara was a certain was eating his third bowl in five minutes.
"Yosh, I love ramen, nice and spicy!"
Then he thought of the redhead he met,Sabaku no Gaara.
"/Hmmm that guy's eyes looked cold and powerful, he scares me,but somehow I want to know more about him/"

"/Shut up stupid fox/"
Come on admit it
"/How can you know that if I don't even know it?/"
Hehehe, maybe you should hang out with him
"/Fine stupid fox,Let me finish my ramen/"

Naruto ate his ramen,paid and went to find Gaara

Spotting the said blonde walking down the street below him Gaara considered what Shukaku had said. 'Spend as much time with him as I need...' he thought. But he didn't make a move to jump down to Naruto because he had no idea of how to approach people without threatning and killing them. How do you tell someone that you want to spend some time with him? Gaara didn't know, he had never needed to do that before. Besides, he had never met someone he liked before and wanted to be with without killing him...

So he settled to just watching the blonde loudmouth from afar until he figured out what to do.

Naruto,walked over to academy and noticed a certain Uchiha.
"Oi, Sasuke,shouldn't you be training or something?"

Sasuke frowned at the blonde grinning in front of him. Glaring, not saying a word, the Uchiha turned his back on Naruto and started walking away.

'can't i just take a walk or something?' he thought to himself, and making sure no one was looking, he slightly smirked.

Naruto was making sure his forehead protector was in position as he was waiting for Sasuke's answer.

Uchiha Itachi grinned, his sharingan eyes narrowed in delight as he watched the exchange between his little brother and the Kyuubi No Kitsune. His ebony locks of hair fell around his face as a gust of wind blew past.

He hid not too far away, up in the branches of a neighboring tree, a good amount of chakra concealing his location from the genins, and any nearby shinobi. Though the tantalizing scent of Ichiraku's cooking lured him to get a bite, the Akatsuki leader ignored it, his mind spinning in thought.

Otouto needed to be payed a visit. His aniki was beginning to wonder about his skill level. Itachi's eyes were drawn to the prorcelean flesh of his otouto, his nerves burning to cover his doll-like brother in blood.

He leapt from the tree branch he was perched on and landed next to the two genins.

"It's been a while, little brother."

((Notes:
1. Otouto: Little or younger brother.
2. Aniki: Big, or Elder brother. Sasuke usually calls Itachi aniki.))

Gaara watched as Naruto spoke to Sasuke and soon be joined by a raven-haired young man he never had seen before. He wondered who it was and why Sasuke and Naruto looked so... shocked.

Just about to turn and answer Naruto's annoying question, Sasuke was suddenly faced with his traitor of an older brother, Itachi.

"ITACHII!" he screamed, clenching his fists and bearing his teeth like a rabid wolf. "I'll kill you..." he added, glancing up and finally noticing Gaara nearby, Sasuke discarded his precence and stared with bloodlust at his older sibling.

Glancing at Naruto, Sasuke noticed how shocked he was. Now he was even more pissed off. 'If Naruto is this scared.. he isn't even moving!' Sasuke thought, 'i can't let him get hurt...'.

Gaara watched as Naruto froze with fear, a reaction he was very familiar with as people in his precense froze if he even twitched an eye. He wondered why Sasuke looked with an intense bloodlust at this young man, it wasn't like him to react that way...

He got up and silently jumped over the roofs to a secluded spot behind Sasuke to get a closer and better view on the newcomer. 'He looks like an older Sasuke...' he thought absently.

((eee! Sorry, I was grounded! e.e ))

Itachi's head tilted to the side, kunai whizzing past his head. "Kyuubi no Kitsune. How I've longed to feel your power again." Itachi moved closer, one hand reaching out towards the blonde. "It's been a while." His narrowed eyes lit up in glee, a gust of wind brushing past, his hair twirling around his face and moving his cloak gently.
