((This is a PRIVATE RP between Gree_Eyes and Myself. Please do NOT post unless asked. )) --------------------------------------------- Hiro stared up at the lollypup tree, waiting for something. To the onlooker, he seemed to just be looking up as if wishing the fruit contained within would just drop off and land at his feet. This was entirely the case. Suddenly, two fruits, smaller then some but bigger than others dropped down toward the ground. Instantly the brown and blue tentacled numa reached out, snatching them up before they had a chance to reach the ground. He set them carefully on the ground and waited for the next batch, which came shortly. Suddenly, a little green head popped out from the depths of the tree branches, "Khilas done?" He chirped, smiling brightly. Hiro smiled back up at him, silently giving thanks. Khilas giggled with delight, instantly zooming down to sit in front of his master. Wordlessly, Hiro gave him a few of the fruits for their enjoyment. It was a quiet morning, and a perfect one for this sort of activity.

Diana had been resting on her back nearby, picking out forms in the clouds that hung in the bright blue sky like whipped cream suspended in mid-air. They were particularly abundant and full today, littered across the sky in the forms of castles, gorillas and various gigantic vegetables. A yawn shook her entire body and, tired, Diana rubbed the sleep out of both her eyes with a paw.
She'd been up most of the night again and now, after a few short hours of sleep, the female Numa was more than ready to get a fresh start on a new day. It wasn't long before she grew bored with the clouds and with the intention of finding something to fill the void in her stomach, Diana rolled over onto her belly. She stretched; first her front legs, then the back, and finally, her neck.
Her belly rumbled loudly, demanding some type of sustenance.

Hiro still sat in the same position he had been, enjoying the taste of the fruits both he and Khilas were currently eating. They were quite sweet and tangy and juicy enough to be enjoyable on such a pleasantly warm day as this was. His little friend smiled brilliantly up at him as he nibbled on one of the smaller fruits, clear devotion in his eyes.
Hiro merely smiled at him before taking another bite of the fruit. After a few moments he looked at the little green creature and tilted his head, silently asking what the little one wanted to do. Khilas giggled and shrugged, smiling brilliantly. "Sleep?" He chirped, tail wagging, "Sleep for a bit then bring fruits home?" Hiro thought for a moment then nodded, patting Khilas gently on the head with a tentacle, much to the little guy's delight.
They settled down for a moment, Khilas snuggling deeply into the brown numa's fur, enjoying his time with his master, time which was becoming rather hard to find these days, with Hiro going off on his own so much more now.

It hadn't taken much time for Diana to spot the other Numa and his little flying creature amongst the lollypop trees, the closest source of desirable food. She'd watched them curiously, with her head cocked to the side, as they successfully caught and collected the fruits of the tree. The female Numa marvelled at their simple actions. To a Numa as hungry as she was, the tentacled boy and his little friend were more than genius.
With every intention of mimicking their fruit-gathering talent, Diana strolled towards a nearby tree. She sifted through the images of memory and mirrored Hiro's position beneath the tree. Her front legs were stretched out as far as they could go and her paws made a greedy bowl shape, clenching and unclenching in anticipation of the fruit that should soon fall.
At first, nothing happened.
She waited and waited some more, occasionally glancing over at the other Numa to see if she was doing anything wrong.
No, everything was right. As far as she could tell.
Diana frowned in concentration, tongue darting out to lick her lips. Still, nothing happened. Frustrated, the female let free a kitten's growl and kicked at the base of the tree with one of her backlegs.
As if in response, the harrassed and (propably) thoroughly annoyed tree unleashed an anvil of fruit on Diana's poor head. Dozens of them thudded to the ground around her and more than one bounced off her nose, loud and horribly painful. Her eyes watered.
"Ow!"

Hiro hadn't noticed the other numa, he was too busy enjoying his special time with his friend, that he couldn't have possibly noticed her. At least, not until she quite clearly voiced her pain.
He turned suddenly, surprised at the sudden interruption in the day. He wondered if the female was okay, but what was he to do? He couldn't really go and ask her, someone in pain definitely wouldn't be too kind to another person.
Khilas didn't seem to have a problem though. He zoomed over to the little female, intent on asking the question his master didn't seem to want to, "Is you okay?" He asked, smiling, "Everything fine? Hurt? Are you hurt?" He hovered in front of her, looking at her curiously, just to make sure she was alright.
