If I connect the Wi-Fi USB to a new computer, different from the one I originally started with, and download the CD to the new computer, will my Wi-Fi code still be the same?

no. it will still be the same, your code is treated as a set with your DS not your computer.

So if I download the Wi-Fi CD onto the other computer, and plug in the Wi-Fi USB, my Wi-Fi will be perfectly fine?

yes, i go to my dad's house for parent swap, and go on wifi there and i always have the same friend code. the only way your friend code can be changed is if you completely start over, or you use another DS to go on wifi.

Since we're asking Wi-Fi stuff...how do you get Nintendo letters? I got one but didn't know how.
