In the Country of Cloud rest a bustling city of prospect, wealth, culture, and a large red light district. This isn't the main village of the Cloud, where shinobi are trained and live, this is a merchant city not too far from the the water, or out of sight of a paved road. open areas are found on the outside of the city more then when you venture deeper in it. The heart of the city is filled with tight alley ways, crowded roads, markets and offices and places of business that take up so much space apartment buildings go higher then in most other cities. Even outside the city, on the outskirts of its border the forest isn't as dense as other places. But there is one, it is more for tourist though. There is a local law enforcement that patrols the city and territory around it. For a city like this its alot more then just local citizens self trained to alert people when something bad happens. You can expect uniformed officers armed with reinforced steel batons more then willing to use them on people who stir up trouble for the people in the town.

The Akatsuki duo has been brought in at the request of a group of 8 business men. Most are the head of their respective areas of expertise. From the overseas trade to land, political influence, bureaucracy and red tape, real estate , medical research and distribution, food distribution, even companionship for the night. In short, every aspect of life in this city leads back to one of these 8 men. And all have united for a single man. Suru Kirikorosu. For near 9 months now Suru has been aggressively buying into the trades off half the men in the business men hired for this mission. The other half suspect Suru has been using dummy businesses to force his way into theirs. It seems he has an almost endless supply of time and money. But it doesn't end there.

Suru is known by the common people of the city as a big spender. He often visits local watering holes and pays for people's tabs. He can be spotted in the red light distract almost every night, with a different girl too. The heads of the city hate him while he is gaining favor with the rest of the population. Slowly, mind you, as there are still some that dislike and even fear him due to certain rumors of his character. But still becoming popular. He has taken residence in one of the few mansions in this town, large, though it be empty. They have paid a large sum of money to have this man removed quietly and with minimal disturbance to the lives of the people in the city. A large sum of money, up front and more afterwards.

Still early in the morning, past dawn however, most people were either at work or getting to it. The wide mouthed road they were standing on at the moment was mostly deserted. The young man Jin grabbed just happened to be running into the city to get to his job, so he wasn't in the most cooperative moods.

"Kirikorosu!? s**t, you can grab that ego driven playboy at any whore house. Now piss off!" Even though his voice was altered by the throat holding it was clear what he was saying, and how angry he was. After he responded the man began struggling against Jin, trying to free himself.

Standing below her partner, Alore glanced at Jin under the strings of the straw hat. "We can't really let him go now little brother, we wouldn't want him to warn anyone now would we?" pointed out Alore, hoping to strike fear into the struggling man.

"Try to stay alive I'll be back for you." Jin added unphased my the man's movements and let him drop gently as he proceeded to step towards the nearest whorehouse he could not bothering to even hide what just happened.

Jin continued walking peeking his head into what appeared to be a whorehouse every so often to him never having frequented that sort of place himself it wasn't a definite guess. Five attempts into it Jin opened his mouth without turning around. "Who are you?" The boy called out behind him with a smirk as he tried to figure out whether or not their target was currently hidden within this place.

Stricken with fear the young woman hid behind her brief case, and cowered slight bit at Alore turning around. Peeking her eyes open at them she lowered the brief case. Coughing slightly she straightened her short blond hair, and approached the pair. Very hesitatingly she bent over and put the briefcase on the ground, and opened it for them.

"Th-this...is from your employers. Please, I'm just the messenger..." She looked up with her lovely blue eyes and darted away. But right before doing so she said the phrase again, "... I'm just the messenger!" The young woman was just around the corner waiting for them to finish, but clearly out of their way. The brief case in front of them was a portable intercom system. The small red light flicked on and the two of them could hear the voice, that came from the black mesh lined speaker.

"You can't see us, but we can see you. If you don't believe this then test us. But please, listen to what we have to say. We hired you take care of Suru Kirikorosu. Not to make a mess of our city. That little stunt this morning you pulled didn't resolve in us having to intervene. Don't bring it to such a point."

The transmission paused for reply.

Alore ignored the comment from her partner, knowing that it was the young boy who had lost his sense of calm before. She stood there waiting fro a response from the contacts.

Jin proceeded to travel towards thte estate that their clients spoke off without giving it a second thought. He was on two missions after all, the first is dealing with Suru and the second proving himself to his patron. "I'll kill him."
