Pacing back and fourth, a quiet breeze ruffling what little of a mane the tribal brute actual had, Zak couldn't help but contain himself. Spring was here. The warm season. He wasn't happy about the fresh greens of the season, or the warmth of the air. Oh no, this particular nequus was absolutely joyful for a completely different reason. With the air warming up, the pompus blood bay Jala would certainly be on the move... and easier to find. Flaring his nostrils the large Aeri shook his heavy head as a shudder passed down his shoulders and spine. Soon, he promised himself, soon he would be off to find Aitumn... and take his revenge. Unfortunatly, that day was not today, and despite himself Zak couldn't help but think about the encounter. What should he do? Prepare himself? Glancing over his shoulder slightly, and glancing past his leathery wings, the Aeri found himself to be still toned from his life's trainings. Hmm, he could afford some more training, just in case. With a snicker, he flicked his crimson gaze forward and then trotted off to find a relatively empty spot in the valley. As he did so, the brute's body tensed vividly, trying to get his muscles warmed up and ready. With an arched neck, and strides that pounded the ground, he was off towards a line of trees, pretty sure it he was going to be left relatively alone.

Running around enjoying the sun and newly grown grass he noticed something new.He looked at the flowers just before him,he had stoped just before them. The flowers he had never seen before.then went back to running around.winnied at the birds, ran over to a stream.took a long drink from running most of the time.Out of the cornor of his eye her seen another like him.Lifted his head up and watch it.It looked different.Did he know this other one or didn't he?

Pricking his ears at the sights around him, the tribal green Aeri couldn't help but snort in disgust. The earth shouldn't be green and happy with bloom! The blood of the Jala has yet to be spilled! Oh well, perhaps Urin was joyous and ready for the encounter just as Zak was. Of course, he knew this wasn't true at the back of his mind, but at the moment he could surely pretend to have some sort of ally or friend on his side. About to make his way over to the line of trees, he happened to spot a flicker of movement towards a nearby stream. Balking, the large creature craned his head to the side to see what that blur of crimson had been. Another Nequus? Humph, so much for being alone. About to stomp off in another direction... a rather interesting thought occured to him. Perhaps, he could practice some more by trying to scare this fellow off? Heh, that seemed like a good plan. Pinning his ears to the sides of his skull, Zaknafein put on his best sour face, and began walking towards the creak. He wouldn't engage the other directly, but he wanted to see if the sheer sight of such a large, mean looking, Aeri was enough to scare him off. Perhaps it was just Zak, but he'd never been the nicest of guys.

Watching the other closely he noticed something strange. He then looked at the ground. He thought alot of things to himself. Then he took another drink.even though he was taking a drink he still had one eye watching him.Vartan shook his head to get part of his mane out of his eyes. Then he grabed some grass and started to eat it.He lifted his head up and still watched the other.Picked up more grass and ate it.He turned his head towards the other.

So, the other wasn't particularly afraid of him just yet? Well Zak gave him a bit of credit for that, for not many Nequus he knew would stand their ground with a 18h monster with ill-intentions in mind lumbering over their way. When he got closer though, he made sure to skirt his hind hooves out a bit, as if he were going to wheel in that direction, but continued to the creak. Once there, he dropped his massive head to the water's edge and drank greedily, all the while his ears pinned in an ominous manner. Had it not been for his good mood, he could have sworn he would have just left the other alone, or just yelled at him to get out of the way, but as it was, he had the need to be a pushy and bully'ish at the moment. Lifting his muzzle from the cool cryastline of the creak, he slipped off to the side a bit, not far from this crimson Bae, and he too began to pull at the grass. It was always fun to see what other's reactions were to the blunt presence of a silenced manner.

Vartan snorted and went back to drinking some water.Listening to what The Aeri would do hehad his ear's straight up.He listen closely.grabing some grass he still watched it.Thinking to himself maymore things.Would this Aeri try to hurt him or chase him away. That wasn't goingto be happening. He stood his ground and didn't move to matter what.Hoofs calwing the ground he snorted a little bit more.Took another drink and watche it.

Having not made a single move towards the Bae since he had began cropping at the grass, Zak flicked a single ear in the direction of the other as he heard him snort. "Hmm?" he questioned in the back of his throat, more of a grunt if anything. Momentarily glancing up from his grazing towards the little Bae stallion, Zak snorted back and lowered his muzzle once more to continue grazing, unphased and making it apparent he wasn't going anywhere any time soon.

Eating some grass he responded."Nothing..."Vartan walked around to a tree.He looked atthe apples. Some green, some red.Rears up and grabs a apple.Chomps down on it.Walks back to the stream and took some more water.Watches the Fish and winnied a little.Glancing back over to the other one he snifed a bit.

Zak sighed a little bit, well, looks like he just wasn't going to scare this guy off unless he stepped up the intimidation a bit more; but at the moment he was sorta content just grazing like no one's business. Lucky nag, he thought to himself, lucky that Zak was in such a good mood at the moment. When he thought of that, he remembered why, and again could not wait for the encounter with Aitumn. Nearly shivering with excitement at that once more, he raised his head to stare out at the vast lands that made up Urin. Somewhere out there, he would get vengence. Hmm, but where to start? He remembered the valuable information he had gotten from Lucius, but it was to late to do anything now, Aitumn would have surely moved on by now. But maybe, just maybe, this Bae knew something. Getting a certain, laughing glint in his crimson eyes, the tribal stallion snorted loudly to get the other's attention. "Hey. Don't suppose you've seen a blood bay Jala around, have ya?" right to the point, for he didn't much like small talk.

"That so..." he muttered back, quite disappointed that he was unable to find another lead as to the Jala's whereabouts. Flicking his ears forward a bit, he tossed his head into the slight breeze and thought for a moment. Maybe he could get a network of Nequus on the look out for Aitumn. Yes, that would work out quite well, and he was sure he'd finer him much quicker if he did. Once more, the large Aeri snorted in the other's direction, and took a heavy step forward. "Well, I would appreciate it, if you do see him, that you seek me out and tell me. I've been searching for the fellow for quite some time now", he spoke, adding a bit more friendliness to his voice then before. That was the best way to gain lookouts, he knew.

Vartan watched him."Well.I'm not truly sure.Who is this Jala?"He snorted back and shifted his hoofs around."Why do you seek this Jala?Is there some bad to do with it."Vartan was deturmed to find out the truth about this Jala and what he wanted to do with him."Why would you want my help in this surch. And what is your name."Vartan looked at him.He snifed the air.

Pfft, so many questions, so many answers the Aeri could give him. With a simple flip of his head upwards, he laid a wary eye on the Bae before continueing. "My name is Zaknafein, and mind that you call me that and nothing else. This Jala? We grew up together, in the same herd", Zak continued a bit quietly, rolling his heavy shoulders in a sort of equine shrug. "And quite simply, I want you to help because the world of Urin is very large, and I am only one Nequus. Can't really search it all... you know?" that part was true, of course, but now came time for the beauty. "Not necissarily bad, I'm kinda worried about him. See I haven't seen him since I was a colt, and our herd got mixed up and thrown around into seperate parts of Urin", at least that's what he wished had happened. Oh no, his business with the blood bay was much more personal. "I need to tell him that I've found his mother, and she needs to speak with him", Zak finished, giving a confident flip of his head, a crimson gaze squarely meeting the other's head on. He would get cooperation, one way or another.

Vartan listened to him."I see.So you need my help to find this Jala?"Thought about it for a little while. He watched Zaknafein."Well...My name is Vartan. So you two got seprated.I guess I'll help out for a while.I wouldn't want you to be sad for not seeing your friend for a while."Vartan saighed a little."You have to give me deatils of him.So i have a clue of what this Jala looks like.Waiting for an answer he still watched Zaknafein.

Well that's one to add to his network of lookouts, he thought with an inward grin. "Oh, sure-sure. His name is Aitumn, he's about two hands shorter than me, and has feathered wings like most Jala", he told the crimson Nequus, not exactly having much information on the Jala nowadays himself anyway. Though he did give a small, jolting laugh to the Bae. "Ah, no worries, I didn't need to actually go out looking with me, I just wanted ya to keep your eyes open and be alert", he explained, planting a hoof into the ground in a spirted stomp. This had turned out to be a very productive day, search wise.
