So, what members of the guild were there? And please share with us all an interesting account of your fondest memories of the con.

As for myself, I had a total blast and made a bunch of new friends (including a very badass Alucard cosplayer named Luke who lives up north in BC). I also was in charge of the official Yu-Gi-Oh photoshoot on the last day and everyone who attended got their photos taken by Kevin Lillard from Fansview.com (as well as got to fill out a neat form about what characters we were cosplaying as and the work we put into our costumes).

Here's a link to my tiny little collection of photos. Enjoy. (oh, the last 3 at the bottom of the page aren't mine; they're in there so I could post them for everyone to enjoy over at Chrono Compendium)

I was asst manager on reg staff, and this was my first con. I have to tell you, it is a very different experiance. I think we are still recovering in paperwork after all that.

But I had a great time.

This year was my first time at Sakura-Con. I got an industry badge from my boss at work, because the company I work for does all of their promotional items (the merchandise with the Sakura-Con Logo). I had to deliver some stuff in the morning and then I was there the rest of the day! It was alot of fun! I'm new to anime, but I have to admit to spending an un-godly amount of money on manga books. I really enjoyed the costumes though. I'm thinking of dressing up next year.

It was pretty bland this year. I probably won't be going anymore. It's only gotten crappier through the years.
