  Autumn was out for her normal stroll along the beach's edge. Waves crashed her hooves as she looked ahead glumly. Nothing was the same after meeting so many and then being alone. Something was missing, was it the forrest? Never to return to that place, for a while at least.
The spotted mare sighed as her crystal blue eyes scanned the horizon watching the sun slowly set along the beach's end. She walked up a small hill made of sand and stood upon it looking around. "Which was is the river..." She questioned herself outloud. Maybe she could follow it home. To the place she promised to never return.

It'd been a beautiful day, or so thought Swafi. He had spent most of the day wandering freely and simply enjoying the world. Being alone wasn't much of an issue with him, but company could always brighten a gloomy day- if not for himself, for another.
The sun was setting, darkness soon to calm the land. Swafi was just about to leave the beach after spending a good hour-or-so trotting along the sandy earth, when he spotted the black and brown female standing up on a small sandhill. Observing momentarily, she appeared to openly look lonely. Or lost. Or perhaps even both.
Gently, Swafi made his way over to her. With no intentions of disturbing her, had she been in a state of thought, he spoke softly, a simple greeting. "Why, hello there."

Autumn looked over curiously the figure of a stallion could be made out. "Ahmik?" She questioned carefully, some traits looked like Ahmik but, others not. Figureing it was him all she could do was blurt out his name. Ahmik loved the beach but, he spoke of other family too. Could this maybe be a brother? "Hello." she replied somewhat still in thought of others and trying to figure out who this was. The sun was setting and some traits were getting harder and harder to figure out. She slowly walked down the hill and closer to the stallion.

Well it was true; Swafi did look a lot like his brother. In a few ways, atleast. "Ahmik? You must be thinking of my brother. I apologize if I interrupted you, but you looked lonely, is all.” said Swafi, smiling warmly.
"I am Swafi Jr., and I am indeed the brother of Ahmik. You can call me Swafi, you can call me Junior, whichever you prefer I suppose. Might I ask of your name?" he asked with curiosity, and wondered how his brother was acquainted with this mare. He didn't talk much with his family, and wasn't very well aware of their relationships- and so on.

Autumn smiled and nodded her head. "Nice to meet you Swafi. I'm Autumn." she stared into the lowering sun once agian and found that they might have at least a few more minutes before the sun went down. Autumn was really good friends with this stallions brother.

"Autumn? It's a very nice season, and a very nice name. Indeed." said Swafi. Following the gaze of the mare, he too saw the descending blaze of the sun. But he again shifted his gaze to Autumn. "So, you know Ahmik? I havn't spoken to him in quite a while. Nor have I spoken with any of my other family members... I'll have to go pay them a visit, soon, hm?" he rambled to himself, in a sort of incoherent manner. After realizing he'd rambled, he changed the topic a bit. "Well, anyway. How are you doing?" attempting to sound casual, Swafi found himself sounding more awkward than anything. But, he could live with that.

The mare smiled and nodded. "Ahmik is a great friend. I bet he'll love to hear I've met some of his family." She replied half paying attention. "You should, I've heard great about your family." She nodded thoughtfully and then looked back. "I'm doing fine, just trying to figure out what i'm doing. How about you?" She stated casually and calm.

Family and friends were always a great thing to have. Swafi had plenty of family members, but he needed to work on getting a few more friends. Or, so he thought, anyway. With a light nod, he replied to her last statement. "I am well, thank you for asking."
Though, he wondered what she meant by 'trying to figure out what I'm doing.' Hm, maybe she was just bored? It confused him a little, so he figured he might as well ask. Hey, if something was up, maybe he'd be able to help? "Trying to figure out what you're doing?..." his sentence faded at it's end, indicating the combination of curiosity and confusion. He wished only to understand and assist others.

She laughed and smiled. "I'm trying to figure out what I want to do." She replied agian and threw her head flipping her mane and flicked her tail. Curiously eyeing the confussed stallion in laughter. She was bored and tired, she also had to find shelter for tonight. She shook her head and began walking. "We better get out of here before the tide comes." She nickered softly and began to walk off the beach.

"Ah, well... alright then. If that's all." said Swafi, momentarily grinning at the laughter of Autumn. While he was not tired, but he too knew that he'd need to find a place to sleep for the night soon. Sure, he was a fully grown stallion, but just about every creature had predators- and sleeping out in the open wouldn't be very smart.
At the suggestion of the mare, Swafi nodded quickly, trotting along after her.

"I'm sure thats all." She replied smiling warmly as she waited for him to catch up. "There is a forrest not to far west of here. Maybe we can stay in there." She replied and nodded her head slowly trotting along side Swafi.
