New To The Guild?

Rules!
Alright! So in order to keep this guild going and to make it pleasant for all member we need some rules. Yeah. I know. It sucks. But I'll try to keep it painless as possible.
To ALL Members:
exclaim 1. Follow TOS [-Terms of Service-] and R&G [-Rules and Guidelines-]!
I expect you all to follow ALL of Gaia's rules. The guild is not going to be punished for your mistakes. You'll get three warnings then you're out.
exclaim 2. NO flaming!
Just don't do it. I expect you all to be nice to each other. Arguments are fine just don't abuse some one due to there beliefs, thoughts, or feelings.
exclaim 3. NO page stretching!
This is SO annoying. No one likes it. You'll be told of your mistake if you do. If you refuse to edit or remove your post then you'll get a warning.
exclaim 4. Keep it PG 13!
Yeah ok. So it's in the TOS but I just want to remind you guys. No links to sites that may have a bit more sex related things then Gaia supports. If you're going to send a link like that make sure it doesn't involve this guild.
exclaim 5. Recognize ranks!
If a crew member, Vice Captain, or myself say something to you about your conduct, listen! Crew members will report you if you go against the rules. Either the Vice Captain or myself will warn you.
exclaim 6. Keep it fun guys!
I mean come on look at the name or our guild! The rules aren't that demanding so have some fun!
exclaim 7. This group IS random and fun.
You don't just have to post about homosexual, self-mutilating Satanists
To Crew:
exclaim 1. Follow the above rules too please!
That's pretty self explanatory. Be good ^.^
exclaim 2. Don't abuse your power.
Yeah ok so you're high in the ranks than average members but you still can't harass people! If some one reports you then the Vice Captain or myself will check it out and we'll decide if you over stepped your power. You run the chance of being warned!
exclaim 3. If a report is serious enough that some one needs to be warned report it to the Vice Captain or me. If not try to handle it yourself.
To make sure the members get the point the Vice Captain or myself can warn people. BUT! We trust in you guys to make good decisions. So make them fair!
