Lands: Freeland Mountain-GrottoEntrance Into the Lands Just a brief description for now.. more will be added later:
The lands entrance lies at the base of the mountains to the South-East of the freelands. These mountains seem to almost stand alone, with only three peaks before forest once again takes over a short ways between. More mountains rise beyond that point. The terrain begins to grow rocky after walking for a while, and the trees begin to grow sparse. There is a slight incline for about a 10 minutes walk from there.
The first thing your wolf will notice is that they can smell mildew faintly and there's a bush located somewhere to the right, there is no shadow there, despite the size of the shrub... That's odd... Also: it's dark behind it, that's where the cave entrance is. Once you enter the dark goes on for 15 minutes if you simply walk. --In fact, you can't see the light of the entrance by the time you get to the other side-- then it opens up into something like a very small forest-version of "The Great Valley" like in the Land Before Time. XD Summary by Tahja Summary post for those that might be a bit lost or confused:
The Packland Entrance. The entrance to the packlands is on an uphill slope at the base of the mountains. There is a large bush that hides the entrance, which is a cave, easily mistakeable for a bears den at first glance. Once you enter the cave it's a 15 minute walk in the dark to the other side. (Obviously if you run it'll go much quicker.) You might notice the scent of fresh air coming from the other side, halfway through, and the light at the end of the tunnel. The tunnel itself is wide enough for three wolves to travel side by side (albeit a bit cramped). At the end of the tunnel it opens into a sort of large Grotto. There's a gentle, grasscovered downhill slope, and then the land levels out and becomes forest area.
The Packlands. From a "bird-eye" view the land is a large circle enclosed on all sides. (It is NOT a perfectly shaped circle, however.) The packlands are circled on all sides by mountain-wall. On the opposite end of the lands the mountains sort of cross one another, but there's a narrow path that leads to a cave with a narrow tunnel, a back exit of sorts. Where this leads is yet to be discovered. On the left side of the packlands (winding through the forest) is a river, which probably leads to a small lake or large pond at some point along the way.
Who is Where. Currently, the only precise location of the wolves that we have is Helaku, Vitus, and Ieshia are somewhat down the slope of that first hill that is located at the entrance of the packlands. Everyone else is scattered around the packlands, most likely conversing with one another or trying to find den sites.

The phoenix cast a glance to the spring-themed wolf, Helaku, her adopted brother, and the recently healed green omega- Whisper. In the last few days Suzaku had sucessfully managed to reclaim parts of her memory. She knew these wolves to be good friends, and trusted them to be able to identify friend from foe for her in the event that she could not.
The weather was placid, the heat was soft and a small gust of a breeze blew through the sparse openings the treelines provided. This would be the second time that the two had seen the pack lands, and the third for Suzaku. Whisper''s former mate, Kouji, had been by to check in with his findings on the land-search but was informed by Ronan that they''d found a good prospect of territory. From there Kouji informed Whisper, and the two of them were given a tour... It met with their approval, much to the alphas joy.
Helaku had come by to check on her the day after that at her den and after realizing who he was she took him to see the lands as well. That marked five approvals. Wonderful!
So, now, here they were in front of the den that Suzaku and Seneca shared. Three wolves.
Soon to be four, if Seneca was about and awake.
Soon to be seven if Kouji, Talia and her mate were near.
Soon to be eight if Ronan joined them, and that was only half of the pack? Suzaku was in awe at the number of members the land would house... truely.
"Do you suppose the others are nearby?"
She meant the two pups that Whisper had been caring for in the past, Fute and Rochir... she also meant the wolves that had been invited by others, Kouji said he''d come by a female from outside the freelands and told her of and invited her to join the pack.

One wolf, the spring-themed one, stood very close to his adopted sister. Since Suza had gotten amnesia, Laku had become a little protective of her. He was careful as to who he let get close to her because he was afraid that she might not remember some of them. But he wasn't like a father who wouldn't let the males come near his daughter, oh no.. the yellow male was just there to make sure that his sister did alright with her conversations and meetings with the other wolves. If anything went wrong, he would be there to help fix it.
As they waited, he closed his eyes and took in a deep breath to gather all of the new scents that were traveling on the wind. There was a mixture of almost everyone who had gone by here and his eyes opened a moment afterwards as his ears flicked curiously. He hadn't inquired anything about the members of the pack, so he was curious to know who all would be in it and who would be his packmates.. who would be occupying the land with him and his sister.
He also wondered whether she would be able to cope with being and alpha with her amnesia. Helaku didn't doubt she could do it--he thought she was very strong and could very well handle it--he was just afraid that some things might go wrong if she didn't remember a few of the wolves at first. But there was no point in worrying over things if he couldn't very well do much about them now, so he settled for being Suza's silent shadow, only there if he was needed.
Whisper, just like the yellow male, had been sitting there and pondering over the different scents that were drifting by on the air. They, in turn, had led her to wonder if she knew anyone that had been invited by others and not her. Would she get along with them.. or would she get so nervous in the crowd that she'd go back to her old self and act completely silent and just hide all the time..?
No.. that wouldn't happen. She would cope with all of the wolves and wouldn't have any trouble if she had to talk to a large group.. she'd make sure she didn't freak. If she did, she could always go and talk to Suza.. or Kouji maybe. Even if the two weren't mates anymore, she still considered them to be good friends.
Then the omega's thoughts were broken as the fiery female asked about Fute and Rochir. As she did, Whisp sighed. "I'm not sure.. I haven't seen the two for a long while now.. I'm beginning to worry that something happened to them." She then closed her eyes and shook her head, telling herself not to think of the worst and that they were fine.

A soft nudge from Suzaku's cold nose could be felt against Whisper's chin, reassuringly. "I'm sure that they're alright, Whisper, the woods have been rather peaceful, honestly."
Suza put on a small smile, encouraging but sympathetic. She understood how the female must worry, she knew how maternal Whisper was over those two boys. She had faith that they were alright, though. These parts seemed to be very well guarded by the likes of Helaku, Ronan, and Kouji. The boys would have aide in an instant, quicker than one might realize they were in need of it.
For now, she looked to the male that had become her shadow, snuffing out a bit of air softly and giving a nod. It was time to call the "others".
After a few moments Suzaku lifted to her paws and arched her neck, allowing her voice to rise strong through her vocal chords and calling out a soft alto, which gradually rose and drifted, carrying into a higher pitch before falling again after a long hold. If Helaku and Whisper would join then those that knew them would come. The pack would gather here, summoned by the chorus of the call of their friends.

Whisper nodded towards her new alpha, mentally telling herself the same thing. Deep down she knew that the pups would be okay on their own--she had no knowledge that Rochir had grown into an adolescent--and so deep down she wasn''t all that worried. But in her mind there was always something popping up into her head to send her back into a concerned state. She tried to avoid it, but it was hard.
So, to hopefully take her mind off of things, the omega moved her thoughts to the pack and the move that they had to their permanent lands. They were beautiful and so the thoughts of her new home filled her with joy and pushed away all sadness that something bad had happened to her younger friends.
Another thing that filled her with joy was the sound of the first summoning howl. From here on out they just had to gather members then head to the paradise that had been scouted out and then shown to her. Tail wagging in excitement, Whisp copied Suza''s movements as her voice suddenly emerged from her throat. Her smooth voice then harmonized with the other femme''s creating a warm sensation in her stomach.
Helaku had continued to be that silent shadow of Suza''s.. all up until she looked at him and nodded. At that moment, his eyes began to sparkle with excitement. Just like Whisper, he couldn''t wait to get to those wonderful lands they would soon call home. So, raising to his paws, the yellow male did as the female''s did and lifted his nose to the sky, adding a lower voice to balance the higher voices of his sister and the green omega.

Near the river an azure-male paused in his step. His head turned to look the way he'd come, his ears perked atop his head. It sounded like half of their alpha pair was calling for the gathering of the pack. Hunting could wait.
So it was with an easy pivot of his form that Kouji moved in the direction of the harmonious chords. He recognized Whisper's softer tone amonst them as well as Helaku's. He was supposedly the alpha female's adopted brother, so this meeting would be interesting. He was curious as to what type of family the phoenix took in, what kind any of them would taken in really.
The woods around grew silent as the predators howls carried through the forest, no doubt they took shelter in fear of becoming a meal. It wouldn't be the last that this pack was heard of in these lands though, and not for the first time Kouji was pleased to realize how close to the freelands they remained.
~If you discounted the time it took to travel the cave, we're practically right in the freeland's backyard.~ He thought, emerging into view to the left of some short shrubbery. His eyes softened at the sight before him with a bit of growing exhilliration. Here stood three of his packmates. His packbrother, packsisters and the ones whose idea brought such a moment about. Whisper and Suzaku. Somehow he felt very proud of them, despite not knowing Suzaku very well. In the short two weeks they'd known one another he had taken to her as a leader. She had a good head on her shoulders and in many respects reminded him of his own sister, Trija. Speaking of sisters, he wondered how she and Tomoyo were doing, and wondered if Talia was lurking around somewhere, Syn too, for that matter.
White-socked paws padded forward, carrying the girth of the gamma with them. Stopping at a respectable proximity from his packmates, Kouji lifted his head to join the chorus.

Last to join the group was a maturely colored female of whites, grays, and grayed-blues. Seneca, Suzaku's third adopted-family member.
~It seems like this'll be all of us for now...~ Suzaku lowered her head, resting her vocal chords as the last trills faded.
The phoenix turned her head to nuzzle at the younger female in welcome, approving with a small nod. A sense of pride began to swell quietly in her chest, gazing over the rest of the wolves gathered. They were small in number, but high in hopes. Together they'd strike out, banding together to form a new family together... Helaku and she would have even more sisters and brothers now, and that thought made Suzaku rather happy.
The she-wolf barked to the two males and female, tail taking to an optimistic wag. The others could either join as they went, or come later. They'd not wait longer for stragglers just now. Everyone was anxious to move, and the sooner they claimed their home the safer they'd be.
"Let's go."

Whisper as well as Helaku were giddy with the thought that after this journey they would finally be home. They would have lands to call their own with their closest friends. Never again would they have to worry that they'd get chased out of someone's lands if they stumbled upon them or that some strange wolf would attack them in the freelands. They would be safe in their own little place with their new family.
Nodding towards Suza, Whisp wagged her tail then said, "Yes, let's go. The others can follow later." If they were traveling to any other lands, maybe she would have thought to wait for the others. But these seemed perfect in every way and so she was excited to get out there and pick out a den for herself. Finally, she would be home and have a family again.. never to be left alone to fend for herself.
The yellow male that was the adopted brother of the fiery female stood at her side, acting as he shadow and staying silent. Yet he didn't have the stillness that a shadow could sometimes hold. His tail wagged and his panting could be heard within the group as his breathing became faster, the excitement of finally having a place to call home surging through his veins. He couldn't even help but give a whine of joy, showing how ready he was to get moving.
It seemed everyone was awaiting the time when they would reach their permanent home.

Suzaku smiled, and without further word, turned tail and began to run.
It was time to get going.
Kouji's own tail began to fan quietly, and watching the new young females, Seneca and Suzaku, starting off, he soon followed at the rear of the group idly wondering where his sister and her mate had gotten off to...
The trip would take a total of a half hour, including the fifteen minutes through the cave. Suzu was feeling pretty exhaulted by all of this, and kept her eyes and nose alert for first sign of the hidden cave entrance and mountainside.

The yellow male followed right at his sister's shoulder, happy that they would finally have a nice, loving home that they could share together, away from her brothers and any other wolves that disliked them in the least. Yet he didn't say a word and just ran along with her, enjoying the feeling of the wind in his fur once again.
Whisper, before they had set off, walked in an excited circle, eager to reach the beloved lands that she believe to be perfect. Then, when Suza had set off, the also ran with them, though behind the femme and her brother and little before Kouji. They were still good friends and so a minute later she decided to run with him, enjoying the wonderful journey just as much as the yellow gamma.
