It's an anime and a manga....but I've only seen the anime, so I don't know much about the manga.

In the anime D'Eon is a member of the secret police in Paris, right before the French Revolution. His sister Lia was recently found dead, floating down the Seine in a coffin. D'Eon investigates the strange circumstances of her death and uncovers a bizarre world of taboo and mystery. On top of that, Lia's spirit sometimes takes possession of D'Eon's body to get her revenge against her killer.

I highly recommend it. There isn't any BL (canon wise anyway) but there is plenty of cross dressing and fun times.

I think so too. heart Maybe I just like him better with his hair down...

hm, I've seen it with a friend of mine. There was no action (between any of the male characters--well any to drool on lol) but the story line is awesome. I heard it was a true story, that the main character really did exist but he didn't really have a sister, it was all in his head.
Anyway, that's all I can remember sweatdrop
Overall, great anime, amazing story line and the art is great. That's one anime that's worth your time. 3nodding
