I just found that out!
Last night, I was left with my 17 year old sister. You know, my mom trusted her to be responsible, and make sure I was safe, and kept the house safe.
So of course she invited over her boyfriend and another guy friend and drank spiked iced tea and Pepsi. o_O;. Duhh.
And I was pretty much a virgin to alcohol until last night. I'd DRANK before, but not excessively, and apparently not enough to feel blatantly drunk. Even though I'm small. It doesn't take much to make me dizzy and/or sick, apparently.
So, yes, I joined them. Long story short I couldn't even stand up to get a glass of water at the end of the night. And Jack was telling me the whole time that I should drink some water so I wouldn't feel like so much s**t when I woke up in the morning.
Regardless, I totally felt like someone dropped a brick on my head this morning when my dad called me to wake me up and tell me to get ready, because we were going to Dorney Park with my little cousin. I had about 20 minutes to shower and get dressed and it took like all the willpower I had to do that. The water in the shower made me feel somewhat better but my head was throbbing and it felt like I got my a** kicked last night or something.
My dad wanted to know what was wrong, I told him I was just tired. I felt kinda nauseous on the way down but it went away and by the time we got there I was like. Eh. I feel fine. Still exhausted. But fine.
Yeah, so I go on a rollercoaster. Still fine. I go on a second rollercoaster. A little uneasy, but still okay. Then we decide to go on this one that flips you around. I'm fine on there. I walk a few steps. I sit down. And then rush into the nearest bathroom and throw up everything I'd eaten the night before and earlier this morning. I felt like totally guilty and s**t. I had to convince my dad it was just motion sickness. But, s**t. I felt bad cause they had to bring me back. The humidity definitely wasn't helping me either.
The A/C in the car felt better and I fell asleep on the way back. So I just got back, drank some water and I'm here now in my room like basking in my airconditioner set down to 65. It's WONDERFUL.
Sucked, but lesson learned. =/.

I'm suprised you don't have ocelot in your gaia name anywhere. 0o
Anyway, yeah, the lesson of the day is: Don't get drunk. You're underage anyway! Not that your sister wasn't either, but still...

My new AIM is in my profile, so yeah. Just click-y if you wanna talk.
Yeah, I know I'm underage. But most people are when they first drink so I don't feel HORRIBLY bad about it. Just have to hide it from my parents, mostly because my sister would kill me if I squealed, so yeah. LMAO.

I'd say the lesson of the day is to drink more wisely. [don't drink before going to amusement parks] Is your sister younger or older than you?

I really odn't think the body's ready for it then unless it's in really small doses; not enough to get drunk. Should I be calling you Ashi or Leeu?

Nios I'd say the lesson of the day is to drink more wisely. And drink more water. Otherwise, you've lost your alcohol virginity. I'm proud of you. *sniffles* He's growing up so fast! *glomps* heart

I don't know if I've ever had a hangover. I mean, I generally wake up with a headache from my meds, anyway, so it's a little hard to tell. sweatdrop I don't really think I've had one -- I don't really have any interest in the whole getting smashed thing. I do, however, enjoy alcohol. A lot... ninja (oh, no -- such a bad influence)
OMG, I had a Tequila Sunrise for the first time a couple of weeks ago? Those just may be my favorite things on earth! (hyperbole)

I've never had a hangover. I burn alcohol very quickly. No matter how trashed I may get, I'm fine by morning, in fact, usually sober before I get to bed.
And in case anyone was wondering, I never drank before I was 21, except champagne at New Year's and tastes of beer and wine from my parents as a child.
I only drink when I go out, in fact, I never keep alcohol in the house.

Ashi Leeu As if it's an accomplishment. xD. Hehe, not so much an accomplishment, but definitely a rite of passage. You're now officially a drinker, like all the other fun people on this great sphere of ours. Just keep away from the line marked "Drunkard." It's that-a-way, not a meter off, and it ain't nice, sweetie. xp Asthmaboy But I HAVE had like, 5 drinks in a night, but wasn't even tipsy. What kind? If they were wine coolers, I'd hope you didn't get tipsy!
