The only requirement is that it is small enough that it can be put in one's signature. Other than that, you can do whatever you please.

Yay.
I love making banners, but unfortunately I don't have the time right now to do any.
I will be back tomorrow though, definately to make some.
Mine won't be cool and animated like Carolina000's, but they will work.

i dont have a banner to show but i would just like to say that i really like the banners. i put one on my profile and i plan to put it on my sig at some point. i really love the one that rolls through the words
