I am going to do my very best to remain professional as I write this. I have done everything I can to make this a fun place where everyone can rp regardless of their level of skill or their ability to spell. The rules here are simple and I intend on keeping it that way.
I have modded people to help and demodded them if they neglected their duties after given several chances to bring themselves up to par. I do this for the better of the guild as a whole. I care for you all and want this place to succeed.
What I need isSuggestions as to what to do make the guild a fun place for all.
Active members.
New recruits.
People to follow up on their actions.
Volunteers on guild events, donations to R_D_S (the Avi) for prizes, and people to bump the guild recruit page that was created ages ago and went cold.
TEMP GUILDActive mods.
What I don't need is Out of character arguments on the open threads.
That is what your pm's are for.
Members whining about being bored. if you post, someone will show up usually and perhaps they too were waiting for someone to post.
Gossip.
God Modding.
Members making fun of other members rp skill or spelling.
PEOPLE giving my MODS a hard way to go.This is upsetting me. My mods give you personal time out of their lives to make this a fun safer place for everyone. I am sick of people giving them the run around.
If you don't like what a mod did, come to me.
Tell ME. And if I do get a pm from you it better be a valid point
NOT just because you don't want to sign a attendance sheet (which will be done every six months) or because you don't want to give a simple thing like your birthday out. There are ways around that if you don't want your birthday known or if you have multiple characters ...Give the mod your
GAIAN birthday. (When you signed up)
We are just here trying to make things better for
YOU. Stop being difficult. Ask to be left out of whatever event it is if you don't want to give up the information we need or if you don't want to dress up for a theme event then stay out of the thread.
The mods I have that are active are working their butts off for you. The ones who aren't active will be dealt with and new mods appointed. Don't ask me to become a mod. I pick my mods due to their activity.
