A voice is a powerful tool. it can be used to persuade, frighten, seduce, praise, hypnotize, mimic, anger, build, and break.
please feel free to leave comments smile
I see there is a quest for music, and a quest for a siren, but my incantation idea is mainly based off of voice and volumes/mimicing.
I have a lot of info to put here, but would that be a huge issue? There are similarities but I had created the character before looking in here, and I do not want to tick anyone off.

.Spirit. The spirit is one of the many collectors of lost voices. They collect voices from those who have abused their use, and store them until they believe the abuser has suffered long enough. Keeping all voices in a little box, the spirits, large winged shadows, keep the box close to their chest, protecting the voices inside.
.Name.- Zo - Spiritual leader (thank you Naaku!)
. Eye color. Violet
.Gender. Female
.skin. tan
.hair style. Shaggy mullet
.hair color. Blue on top, black and pink streaks on the bottom
. Extras . Small wings originating from the lost voice spirits. They don't come to use until she is in her later stages. And freckles on her nose and cheeks.
. Appearance. Likes wearing whatever, nothing seems to match at all, ties ribbons around her neck, arms, and has foot bandages wrapped around her feet.
.personality summary.Not afraid to speak her mind or express herself in any vocal way. When she is happy she will hum, sing, or whistle, but when angry she wont restraint in yelling, screaming, huffing, or making all sorts of dissatisfied noises. When said, she will either wail, or speak in a soft whisper. Unfortunately for everyone's ears, she is rarely sad.
She is the voices you hear in the back of your mind, she is the melody and anger you hear when wind squeezes itself through cracks. She is the embodiment of every lost voice.
She believes herself to be a leader and always wants to do things her way. She could care less about her appearance, although most of the things she wears or does tends to generate a lot of attention, which she basks in.
She is usually happy but very quick to judge and has an almost non-existant fuse for her temper. Eventually as she gets older she begins to mellow out and use her voice for less trouble making.
When she does make a friend (which is hard due to her not trusting anyone other than her guardian Mini) she will stand up for them and protect them with all her power.
She may try and hide her real emotions, (when not trying to get attention by being overly vocal and dramatic) but when she sings or speaks one can feel her true emotions.
.Abilities. •She can imitate any voice, much to the annoyance of others.[child]
•She can allow her voice to reach any level volume or pitch wise, but it develops as she grows. [child]
• She can hypnotize people by speaking or singing in a certain rhythmic tone - this develops in her teen years.
.Weakness. Due to her being able to duplicate or reach any level on the sound scale she often overuses this ability (usually while showing off) and then looses her own voice completely for a day or two depending on how far she has overstepped her boundaries. This is also one of the only times she is completely silent, and often when this happens she gets very frustrated and depressed. Eventually as she ages she learns how to properly use her abilities and limit the abuse.
.personal flaws.short tempered, easy to trigger, loud, stubborn, 'fearless', attention seeking, competitive, show off.

Ooh, I love her! Such a cool idea, and well thought out, too!
As for name suggestions...
Aoide (I'm not sure on the pronunciation. ae-OY-dee, I'm guessing.) This is the name of the greek muse of song.
Erato - muse of poetry
Mneme - muse of memory
Cheyenne - Native American for "unintelligible speakers" (also the name of a tribe and a city)
Shira - hebrew for "song"

Zaida - Increasing
Liluye - Singing hawk while soaring

I love this concept
the spirit concept it self even has a little story to it
and i like the wacky clothes and for names can't think of one
but i like Aoide

Zaida and Vox the best so far
