Okay, I don't have a korean keyboard, so bear with the very bad misspellings of the foods in English.
First off is RAMEN! I know ramen isn't a korean food, but I think korean ramen is the best of all. (I tried american and it was nasty in my opinion) Does anyone else eat raw ramen around here? I eat it all the time, even though my dad tells me that it's extremely unsanitary. I tried Busha Busha (a ramen snack that is made to be eaten raw) but it's not as good as eating the original ramen.
Second, kimchi! (Does anyone else say this when their picture is being taken? it's like the Korean version of "Cheese!") Cabbage kimchi is the most popular, but I don't really like it. I prefer the radish kind 3nodding
Next, Kim Bop! Kim Bop is okay, but I really don't like it that much, especially when there's damuji. (or however you spell it... it's that yellow kimchi stuff) I prefer the rather plain one, kim with rice biggrin Has anone ever had the triangular ones you can buy at the Korean 7-11?
Next, bulgolgi! Actually, this is another dish I kind of don't like. However, I know it's a lot of other people's favorite.
Next, galbi! I frikin heart galbi! Ever been to one of those galbi houses where you have to cook the food yourself? Galbi is great with rice stuffed in lettuce with some gochujjang (red hot pepper paste). Galbi is also great with soup (I think it's called galbi-ttang)
Next, mandu! I prefer yakki (fried) mandu instead of the manda dumplings. Mandu is great with soy sauce xd
Next, dokbukki! In case I mutilated the spelling so much that no one knows what I'm talkinng about, dokbukki is round ricey dough things that are covered with hot sauce. Dokbukki is great with eggs! It's really cheap too! There are stands everywhere where I can buy some great dokbukki, usually around 500 won to 700 won (there's even some stands that sell them for 300 won!)
Last, bebingsoo (I know I spelled that one completely wrong! scream ) That's ice with fruit and red beans. It's a famous dessert and very delicious.
And if want to do snacks, we can't forget pepero! (or beh beh lro) That's basically the korean version fo pocky.
So ends my food rant. I know a lot of people here actually don't live in Korea (in case you haven't figured it out yet, I do) so a lot of you aren't surrounded by Korean restaurants and food stands. However, I'm sure most of you know know at least some of the food I'm talking about. I skipped a few famous foods too. I want everyone else here to post some Korean foods and which ones are their favorites (and maybe include a description for those who don't know what the food is.)
Another thing, some of these food may not actually be Korean. I wouldn't know. I just picked the foods that I think are Korean, but they might also be Japanese or Chinese *shrugs*

Oh gosh. I personally like all Korean food. I can't think of a food I don't like.
I don't like Busha Busha because I don't like to eat raw Ramen. I used to, but I don't anymore. xD Mmmm.. Kimchi. I love all the different Kimchi. I should say Kimchi instead of Cheese then. =3 Kim Bop. Yesss. I love any kind of Kim Bop, and my mom makes the best California Rolls ever! Bulgogi is good. ^_^ Galbi. No words can describe Galbi. Haha, I did a survey with my friends (Different nationalities) who have tried Galbi and all of them are crazy about Galbi. Mandu. I like the fried one too. It's so good. I've heard about Dokbukki, but I can't think of it! gonk Bebingsoo is okay because I don't like beans. xDD I love Pepero and Jolly Pang. >.< I wish I lived in Korea. -Sighs- I need to learn Korean, though. I feel so embaressed that I can't speak Korean when I'm Korean.. I'm going to Korean school though! ^_^ There are tons more food I would like to list, but it would be too long. I LOVE NAMYOUNG. Tehehe. A lot of people love Korean food. Personally, I think Korean food is the best Asian food, but it's my opinion! xD All my friends love Korean food because my mom serves it at m birthday parties. =3

Ooh Korean food heart My parents run a Korean restaurant so I get plenty of the stuff. Though sadly enough, I can never remember alot of the names of the foods... From the top of my head, some foods that I like are Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap, Dok gook, Mandu Gook, Gal Bi, and Jja Jjang Myun.

Anyone here ever eat nacchi? That's raw octopus. I doubt it's only a korean dish, but I ate it at a Korean Sea Food Restaurant. The octopus tentacles still wiggle around even after it's cut up. It's fun to eat xd

I love Ramen. I was watching the Korean channel waiting for My Sweetheart, My Darling to come on and they showing these delicious looking Korean foods on tv. And the worst part of it was other people were eating the food. It is a good thing I have self control over what I do(most of the time I have control) because I would have been drooling.

Quote: naaah... Shin Ramen is the best! Its a little to spicy for my tastes. In addition to korean food being tasty (as many of you have just posted) It is actually very healthy. The lack of processed foods, and the use of many natural ingredients makes koeran food a choice when wanting to stay healthy. If you go to Korea (seoul in my case) Out of the hundreds of thousands of people I saw, I only saw 3 fat people. 3! And they were young, not old. And I like do ri tang.
